The main level includes two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, fireplace room, TV room, dining room and kitchen. The game room and bathroom suite with 5x5' rainforest shower is located on the lower level perfect for showering after a hot tub, hike or snowshoeing. There are no neighbors in sight. The nearest grocery store is located in Conifer or there is a Country Store (convenience items) liquor store, a gym and a restaurant about 10 minutes away. Easy access to Guenella Pass, Bailey, Colorado Trail, Buffalo Creek and Staunton State Park, Wellington Lake Note: AWD or 4x4 highly recommended in the winter. The access road has a grade for about 100 yards. It is plowed, but can be packed snow in a few shaded locations. Pre-approved Pet is welcome for an additional cleaning fee/deposit. Approval of pet depends on breed, size, temperament, etc. Please disclose and discuss with Sarah/Paul any pet that will be on the property during your stay. Please pick up any droppings within 75 feet of the ranch house. IMPORTANT: Any Unauthorized and Unapproved pets on the property may result in immediate termination of your stay and will incur a $500 additional deep cleaning fee. Security cameras are located on property facing the entryways and driveway (includes the area around the hot tub). We leave these on when the property is unoccupied and turn them off once a new guest has arrived.
