All areas from the kitchen, the dining room and the lounge room benefit from panorama of the crystal blue ocean beyond. Stunning wood floors in the main living areas are laid out before you ensuring comfort underfoot and in keeping with the beachy, contemporary feel. The modern kitchen is well equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and crockery to make self-catering whilst on holidays enjoyable and effortless. It boasts plenty of storage, bench space and a double sink, even with its own views. The ceiling fan here ensures you are kept comfortable and high ceilings give the impression of even more space. For coffee lovers, a pod machine is supplied with refillable pods to enjoy an espresso. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with a table for 6 positioned to enjoy the views from inside if desired. The large, comfortable lounge suite accommodates you and your guests and is well situated to take advantage of both the flat screen television (with Foxtel) and also the ocean view, assuring the evening's entertainment when you are not out enjoying one of the island's many fabulous restaurants. Complimentary Wi-Fi for web browsing and emails is also provided. There is a large, spacious and furnished balcony with a dining table for alfresco dining, and a day bed for taking in the astounding vista before you. Privacy is assured while you enjoy this amazing, outdoor space. The two comfortable bedrooms feature a King bed in the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom gives a choice of either another King bed or 2 King Singles. A single fold out bed can supplied if requested at the time of booking. Both bedrooms enjoy reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, bedside drawers and generous built in wardrobes. The bathroom boasts a beautiful bathtub with a chandelier for added elegance. There is a large separate shower and a modern sink with under cupboard storage. There is also a separate powder room with toilet. The apartment is beautifully cleaned using biodegradable effective products which are best for the environment. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are all provided as well as a gas BBQ on the fully furnished deck offering the opportunity to soak in the fabulous ocean views in true Aussie style. A pool shared with a small number of other Heliconia properties is nearby and you also have access to the island resort pools with swim up bars. For your convenience a complimentary 4-seater electric golf buggy is included to enable you to explore the island at your leisure. In order to assure your arrival and departure are as relaxed and seamless as possible, return airport transfers are also pre-arranged for you. Lived up to the pictures, with fantastic deck providing stunning sunset each of our 8 nights. A great view to wake up to and enjoy with a cup of tea in bed! Worth it just for that. Private property pool was great to escape bust resort pools in the afternoon offering nice shade if you’ve had a bit too much sun for the day! A few odds and ends in the unit could have been a little better with attention to detail but overall a great stay. The buggy provided with the unit made getting around so easy!

Plenty of space to enjoy a week of relaxation. Gorgeous view and outside space with balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Easy access to everything on the island with the golf buggy.

Easy transition from landing on a plane to speedy pickup service & getting to our accommodation promptly. Had all the facilities in the apartment a couple or family would need. Handy to be able to cook up brekky or dinner on the bbq whilst enjoying the view

Overall great property, with spectacular view of the sunset, but coffee machine didnt work, small price to pay for being on Hamilton Island. JJ who looked after us on check in and tranfers, was unreal, great job.

The property was lovely with all of the extras we could have hoped for, located right amongst everything but with an awesome buggy to get to any other sights. Beautiful view made waking up every day incredible and the perfectly positioned kitchen and outside table make every home meal wonderful. The bathroom was so relaxing, the range of lighting options and beautiful tub were lovely, lots of room to store toiletries (there's heaps of storage everywhere). We loved our time here and JJ/the team were amazing (especially with all the flight issues we had last minute and tips on what to do). Highly recommend, we had an amazing time!

Lovely well equipped apartment in an ideal location. Short (very) buggy ride or walk to Tavern and main street of Hamilton Island where you'll find multiple restaurants/Take Aways and other various shops. Lovely big verandah with spectacular views (sunset). Loved it

We had a wonderful stay at this property and found it well suited to accommodate 2 couples. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and they were quick to rectify an issue with the stove top. We had a great time using the buggy to get around the island during our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay on Hamilton Island.

We had a great time staying at Heliconia 10. It was very clean on arrival, had everything you would need in a home away from home and in a great location with lovely views. Our trip ended with a little bit of a sour taste though with the way the caretaker treated us towards the end of the trip... If the caretaker changes over time, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
