Extremely helpful and proactive management and staff. They upgraded my room to one with a balcony/view free of charge. They have been in touch with me since prior to my arrival, provided a room to rest as I arrived at 6am and provided a room to keep my stuff on my checkout day, since my bus wasn’t until 10pm. When there was a power outage and the hotel was on emergency supply, they reached out to let me know what’s going on. I don’t think I ever had this level of customer support in my 6 years of travel in India.
It’s a basic room, but for the price and given the location you can’t beat this deal.

The location is central to all the cafes in Dharamkot and the place was clean and staff very nice.

M&M is easy to find, located with views down the valley, the staff communicated superbly by what’s app with additional info on local opportunities and Gaurav and Vishal greeted and helped at the home stay with anything and always had a smile. This is safe, helpful accommodation in a beautiful place at its very best.
