Good location
We got a 2nd floor room; hoping (and requested) a high-floor room. But generally, very very good incl nice hot coffee ☕️ at breakfast. Most IHG coffee machines are making only lukewarm temp coffee.

Location is great. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom size were great. Plenty of water in bottles available for guests.
Laundry facilities could be improved with more washing / drying units. Wifi connection was poor.

Great location, right in the city centre lots of shops and restaurants. Laundry service was super too!
Not much to be honest the breakfast could have been better and catered more for outside visitors but we found something to eat.

Location is good. It is very close to Bell tower and Muslim quarter. Other places could be reached by taxi, subway or bus. The hotel gives sufficient number of water. English speaking staff.
Cleaning should be improved e.g. my window was dirty. The breakfast could be improved. Assuming some ppl could say it is decent value for money in a budget-friendly category
