La décoration. La location était bien gérée.
La chambre était un peu petite mais en bon état.
L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas, c’était difficile de dormir et refroidir la pièce.
L’immeuble était sale et en très mauvais état, presque un squat.

Loved the location, walking 10mins to the main square, but still in a local area that feels less touristy.
The apartment is pretty nice and the girl who waited for us was extremely lovely and polite! 🫶
The breakfast at both of the bakeries was super delicious and the people were amazing.
Important note: we were advised by multiple people that parking in this area on the street is a very bad idea (even during the day) so we went to the Autorimessa around the corner on Via Massaua, it's very close and convenient but obviously an additional charge to plan if you're getting a car.
Some nights were a bit loud with strange noises like some machine working all night, but our room was facing courtyard so it was still quieter and not a very big deal.
We don't want cleaning service every day, so we only requested it twice (mid-stay) but the bed sheets stayed the same for 9 days, i felt like this is the only thing that should be improved. 🙂

The location is good—Piazza Duomo, the city center, and the local markets are all within walking distance.
The apartment was generally clean, although the floor wasn’t properly cleaned and left our feet black. Slippers were provided, which we appreciated.
The main issue was a persistent smell, most likely mold, throughout the apartment. The odor got into our clothes and belongings and was quite unpleasant. It could also be a problem for guests with allergies or sensitivities. The air conditioner was also quite noisy, and when we turned it off, the smell became even more noticeable.
