Comfortable and clean large room. Very big bathroom. Great location near the centre of town and easy to find as it is close to the monument. Friendly check in although my Bulgarian is non existent. 30 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby, quiet street, big bed. No lift but three flights of stairs was fine. Staff smiling and welcoming even though we couldn't really speak to each other. Enjoyed my stay
Shower is over a large jacuzzi type thing with no curtain so was a lot of splashing of water on to the bathroom floor but lots of towels available to put down.

The staff
The double bed was with broken Mattress frame, when you sit down you fall it down, in the bath was missing the cap so we need to put a something else just to can shut up the bath.
