Excellent location, very responsive and polite staff, great room, clean and nicely built and equipped, very comfortable mattress, nice building. Excellent value for money!!
I would like to have a small refrigerator in the room, or at least a common one.

René at the reception was incredible, very attentive and sympathetic.
The room is quite spacious and well lit, with some furniture, comfortable beds, AC and outlets by the bed.
The neighborhood is very pleasant, with some restaurants and cafes, and also very close to the bus station.
The kitchen needs some improving, specially the utensils, you can't really cook anything there.

The girl working on reception was super helpful and friendly. She arranged a taxi for me when a storm started just as I was about to walk to the bus station!
There's nowhere comfortable to sit/hang out and the kitchen could do with more cutlery and dishes.

It was cheap and you got your own room. The aircon was strong too. Good location from the ADO bus stop
The aircon was very loud, the room didn’t really have much functionality, i.e. hooks, places for bags. The bathroom was not very clean, and had no hand soap. The bed was very springy and lumpy
