Situated in Round Hill Village, this attractive house for $598 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Adjacent to a national forest, the home serves as a quiet retreat, and yet is only minutes from the lake and multiple beaches, ski resort, shopping, casinos and downtown. After a full day of adventures, relax under the stars in our new 7-person premium saltwater hot tub. This 3-level home offers 4 BR, 3.5 BA, 2 fireplaces and a downstairs entertainment/game room that features Ping Pong, Foosball and a big-screen TV. Inside the home, you’ll find 4 spacious bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 fireplaces and a wrap-around deck ** Holiday Rates $600 to $1050 per night Min. stay required plus, increased refundable security deposit.** July 4th, Christmas and New Years are 4-5 night min. stay required. Sleeping Configuration: Master- King Bedroom 2- Queen Bedroom 3- Queen Bedroom 4- Queen Extra- Queen Air Mattress, Twin hide-a-bed DOUGLAS COUNTY MANDATES 1. Short term rental permit: 08400729 2. Maximum occupancy 10-no exceptions 3. Guests are allowed parking for 4 vehicles only. 4. Parking permit must be displayed at all times on driver’s side of dashboard. 5. We booked this house for a group trip and had a great time. There were 8 adults and fit everyone comfortably. Would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect as it was secluded in the hills but a short drive to South Lake Tahoe.

The house was as advertised, large, in a beautiful location, with privacy, and ample amenities. The only significant issue we had was with the hot tub--the cover was broken and very difficult to remove and put back. The host was responsive and assured me that it would be fixed for future guests. Overall highly recommended.

For anyone with a group of 10 or less, I highly recommend this rental property. It is very tastefully and well-appointed with an excellent layout, including an open layout on the main floor with a great kitchen (as well as finished space in the basement). STR LLC was very responsive and helpful, including with excess parking recommendations due to the high snow levels. Minutes from Heavenly and the casinos as well. Kudos to the owners and STR LLC. It's just a great house overall, as advertised. They did an excellent job. If my family goes back to South Lake Tahoe, we will be signing up for this property again.

We had a wonderful experience here! It is the perfect spot to get away to Tahoe with friends. The house is exactly as pictured - clean, spacious, cozy, comfortable, and fun (challenge your friends to a ping pong match!). We ended up getting snowed in, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when we asked if we could stay another night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a great time during the holidays at this home. The home was spacious and had an open den for all (8) of us to gather. We were 15 mins from the slopes and 5 mins from town so location was great for skiing, dining, and casinos! The home was quite well equipped with additional TVs in bedrooms/gameroom, very nice bathrooms, and of course the hot tub which is great after a day of skiing! It was a great place for us to gather for the holidays and can sleep 8-10 for any group out to have a great time in a great place.Finally the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond when they got us another key to replace the one we misplaced and returned an object to us the we left behind!I can’t recommend this house more or this company who made our holiday vacation experience one we will never forget!Tim W

We really enjoyed the house and especially the well appointed rooms, kitchen and Rec room! It was well supplied with everything we needed including games, beach towels, etc. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue was the jets in the jacuzzi tub in Master Bathroom we’re dirty. But other than that it was very clean. Thank you!!

The house was located in the perfection location for the mountain, and the lake. It was a short drive to be on the mountain and a short drive in town to get supplies. The neighbors on either side seem like summer houses, so it was quite private and quiet when we went for a winter adventure. The views were great, the kitchen was stocked, and each floor was warm with fireplaces.

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Tammi and Tom were very helpful. We happened to be at the house during the epic snowstorm during the week of Christmas. We were snowed in at the house for a couple of days but what a wonderful house to be in during such an event! The owner of the house actually had put up a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations which was perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter. It was a very family friendly place with games for all ages. There were even sleds in the garage so the days we were snowed in, we took the sleds out and had a blast going down the hills.

The house is nicer in person than in photos. I usually spend an hour to disinfect rentals when we arrive but this house was spotless and I barely had to do anything. They had the Christmas tree decorated and nice touches around the house to make it very welcoming and resort like. There was a great selection of board games in addition to the ping pong table and foosball for the children to enjoy. If you have infants/toddlers or elderly people staying with you note there are 3 levels of stairs to climb. This would be a 5 star rental had it not been for the master bath and garage/parking situation. There was a lot of mold and dirt that came out of the jetted tub in the master bathroom so the jets really need a deep cleaning. As for the garage, our Audi Q7 could not fit inside. Maybe our car is too long but the other problem was that there were old mattresses on one side and a large refrigerator in the middle of the other side. The listing said 2 cars could fit inside the garage and 2 outside and I think you have to specify what type of cars can fit inside or list the dimensions of the garage so renters are aware. It also would have helped if they communicated that there were large items stored in the garage, luckily we only had one car. In addition, the driveway is narrow and steep, you have to reverse down the driveway to get out and it may be difficult for some people if there was a lot of snow. Overall we really enjoyed our week stay and would rent again.

This is our second stay at this house and we plan to come back again! The house was immaculate and well stocked. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. The house sits on a hill which made it fun for our son to go sledding. The property manager was easy to work with. She was very responsive with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! We had three families with plenty of room for everyone. The house was a great setup and beds were very comfortable. There are two ovens which is key, however, only one worked. Some of the dishes were still dirty and the upstairs toilet constantly ran, but other than that we had no complaints.
The hot tub was huge and much loved by the kids. We did have a bear break into our car and cause some damage but definitely not the fault of the homeowners. Just a warning for people traveling there.

Christmas Vacation 2019
The property was beautiful. The house was amazing. There was no need to go into town for entertainment. We had no reason to contact the property management company during our stay. Leading up to the trip however I had several questions to which they were very quick to respond and always friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of linens. I received many comments on our pictures taken from the house as a “Hallmark Christmas”. We will return to this property. It was a great experience for my first time to South Lake Tahoe.

Had a great time would rent this home again there were some minor things the twin air mattress didn’t work, some of the furniture items where broke and the bbq needed cleaning but all in all everything was beautiful

Great Tahoe cabin
Really clean, nice space, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, great location to hiking trails, 7 min away from Stateline, salt tub was awesome! Only critique we have is the pillows, not very comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend!

Overall the house was very accommodating. Fit our group of ten great. Location was perfect. Very close to all the casinos and zephyr cove. I would stay here again in the future.

Perfect weekend!
Everything about the house was perfect! Beautiful interior, clean and everything functioning. Close to Heavenly Resort so we could hike, go out to eat and just hangout easily. But as it turns out, the house was so nice that we just really wanted to hang out there. Will be back again and highly recommend to others!
