It is located off Route 302 on the western shore of Long Lake, just a mile beyond the Naples causeway. Offering private lake access, with 50' dock system, plenty of dock space for one boat, includes swim ladders for easy water access, sandy bottom lake frontage for swimming. Watch the Naples 4th-of-July Fireworks from the dock. Large deck and enclosed porch provide options for enjoying time both indoors and outdoors. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. Renters are responsible for furnishing their own towels. Sheets, pillow cases and pillows are provided. Beds: 2 Queens 1 Full 1 Twin 1st floor master bedroom has a queen bed; there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has a queen bed, the other has both a full and a twin. Please note: The cottage is intended for 7 or fewer people; pllease limit the number of guests to 7. Washer and dryer Kayaks provided (10' and 12') Ping Pong Table Fire Pit Cottage is set back 225 feet from lake, just a short stroll from deck to dock. The path to the lake crosses the driveway that services this cottage and 4 other cottages beyond this property, so traffic is minimal. Hopefully, you'll find the short distance to your private dock and swim area from your cozy, comfortable, and private cottage well worth the steps. Please, no smoking in cottage. Walk to Naples Causeway for dining, entertainment, as well as many summertime activities. Enjoy the spectacular fall foliage views. Rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival Time: after 3pm. Departure Time: by 10am.

We loved the cottage, spacious for a family with a couple of teenage boys giving them their own space but allowing us to hang out together as well. The cottage was stocked well with amenities and it was nice not to have to bring sheets, only towels. We enjoyed using the kayaks, playing ping-pong and swimming in the lake. Owners were available and welcoming. Overall, we had a great time and we did not mind the very short stroll down to the lakeside.

This family vacation was all we had hoped for. The property was beautiful, so clean, neat and comfortable. The host was available anytime we had any questions. He responded almost instantly. We loved boating on the beautiful lake and loved the ping pong table. It was a great family vacation and I cannot Wait to return. I have already requested to return next year.

This property was everything we were looking for and more! The house was immaculate, the yard is very well taken care of, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the owners even left items to make smores, how thoughtful! There is a short walk down the hill to the lake, but we liked this as we have small children. There is a new dock with Adirondack chairs (very relaxing) and a floating dock for the kids to swim to and jump off, so fun! My favorite was the sun porch where I would have my coffee in the morning and gaze at the lake. We met the owner Peter upon arrival, he was very nice, and stays close in case you need anything. Can't thank him enough, we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay here during the Fryeburg Fair. Since we were working my booths there we just needed a place to lay our heads at night. The place was very clean and the host was very accommodating. We would of loved to enjoy the fire pit, but with all the hours working we had no time- looks wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful lakeside cottage

This cottage was perfect on Long Lake! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, had a washer & dryer, and spacious for our family of 4. The ping pong table was a big hit with my kids and the dock was perfect for our boat. I really liked when I went for a swim off the dock that it had a sandy bottom. We met the owner Peter and he was very nice and he even left us s’mores for the fire. Although it was too hot for a fire, we really appreciated the gift. We will definitely rent this place again! Wonderful cottage
This cottage was perfect on Long Lake! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, had a washer & dryer, and spacious for our family of 4. For those looking for a great lake vacation, this cottage has it all. The owners have made this a cozy spot with everything you'll need. Fire pit -- check. Well-equipped kitchen -- check. Ping-pong..corn hole--check and check. Beautiful dock with adirondack chairs and a swim raft -- it's right there. The cottage was immaculately clean and lovingly decorated. Beds were comfy. You can tell the owners just want you to be able to relax and enjoy. They were very responsive throughout the booking and check in process. When they realized that we forgot something, they called and offered to send it to us. (Thankfully, we were still close by so we were able to turn around to to pick it up). Stores, restaurants, mini-golf and hiking trails all close by too.

The private dock was a one minute walk (and the distance was actually great because we didn't have to worry about our two young boys wandering down there on their own). The screened-in front porch was perfect for early morning coffee, family meals and games. The shed with the ping pong table provided a ton of entertainment, the adirondack chairs, kayaks and the floating raft were great additions to the dock, and the fire pit was the perfect way to close out each day. The lake was clean and the views from the dock were spectacular. My three year old announced one morning as we were walking down to the dock to swim, "the air here is beautiful and smells soo good." The house is less than a ten minute drive to the grocery store, and only about a two minute drive to downtown Naples where there is lots of fun stuff to do- we got ice cream, played mini golf, flew in a seaplane and road on the Songo River Queen just to name a few. There was also a great nature trail less than 10 minutes up the road.The only thing we really missed was having a full sized tub. It was a chore to convince our two and three year olds to take showers every night when they are used to baths. But, we all survived, and it certainly would not deter us from renting this gem again in the future.

Nice cottage on the lake
Very nice property just as described. The street only serves a few properties so barely has any traffic and people drive slowly.
Views of Long Lake from the cottage and a very short walk down to the water where you have your own dock and swimming raft. The location of the cottage is very close to the public docks in Naples with just a short boat ride to dock and walk around or enjoy lunch and ice cream.
Peter was a great host and readily available to answer any questions. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay on Long Lake this is your place.

Amazing Long Lake Cottage
I am almost afraid of writing my opinion of this property because I don't want others to grab it next year! Peter and Karen are great hosts. The house has lots of room - sleeps seven. Kitchen is well equipped. The screened-in porch (in addition to an outdoor deck) is very convenient since it inevitably rains at least one day a week. My wife and I went kayaking four times on the lake and enjoyed each time. This was our third year at the cottage and I hope we will have several more.

Perfect Vacation!!
We have been vacationing on Long Lake for the past 7 summers and this by far is our absolute favorite place!! The cottage is so warm and inviting and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed! The dock fit our 21 ft boat perfectly and we really enjoyed swimming off the dock every day.
Kathy and Peter were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home. It was a perfect vacation and we can't wait for next summer!!

Long Lake Vacation
This is the third year we have stayed here. It’s a great little cottage, It’s clean and neat and well equipped. Great deck, dock, fire pit , even a garage with a ping pong table. The owners are very attentive to whatever you might need. I would definitely recommend it .

Great Spot on Long Lake
I spent a week here with my 3 sons (14, 17 and 30) and we had a great time! The cottage has everything you need and then some.
Indoor porch, outdoor porch, fire pit a separate garage with a ping pong table. Best of all for us was the short downhill walk a to a private dock. We brought a 20 ft. bowrider and it was a perfect fit. Easy to get in out. And Peter has done a nice job outfitting the dock itself.
This was our first time on Long lake, and it's a really nice spot. Plenty of room for tubing and wakeboarding with lots of places to go. And we made the trip across Brandy pond and through the loch to get to Sebago. A fun ride if you want to do something different.
Naples is only a mile or so away with all of its bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and watercraft rental options. My kids loved renting jet skis for a few hours one day. And it was close and easy for us to do.
I have to say that dealing with Peter was also a bonus -- a really nice guy, very helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We'll definitely go back! -- Mark

Great property and owners!
We had one of our best vacations ever! The cottage was exactly as represented and more. Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable.
We never had to use the AC as the ceiling fans did the job for us. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. The amount of storage and hanging space for everything we brought was great. There was plenty of closet space to not only hang your clothes, but also to store suitcases and coolers out of the way. The attention to detail was impressive. Thoughtful touches such as a chair to put your shoes on in the bedroom to a hamper for dirty clothing in the closet were greatly appreciated. Peter and Kathy could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
The dock and entry to the water was a short walk out of the driveway-very convenient. The chairs on the dock were a great place to sit, enjoy a beverage and watch boats and wildlife swim by. We enjoyed the fire pit and swimming off of the dock most days. Kathy even stocked all of the necessary items to make s’mores. It was nice to have a clean grill with plenty of gas. We really enjoyed eating on the porch and deck while either watching the sun come up or go down. There is also plenty of parking and turn around space.
We have rented various vacation homes, condos and apartments in numerous states in 30+ years and this is by far one of the best experiences. Thank you so much Peter & Kathy!

Cottage Charm with Modern Feel
This cottage is wonderful. It has that cottage feel but the furnishings are modern and everything you need is there. The owners were a total pleasure to deal with and they clearly take pride in their property. The location is perfect at just over a mile from Naples yet it is quiet and private. The dock is large with plenty of space to relax and easy entry into the lake. I have stayed in several cottages in the area and this was easily my favorite. Thank you to Peter and Kathy for such a great week!
