Great apartment walking distance to the Pearl Street Mall with shops and restaurants! I stayed as a long term tenant (6 months) which worked out well for me and my dog. Jay is on site and very responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay!

The unit is a charming, comfortable 2-bedroom with a dedicated backyard, reached via a private footpath lined by a white picket fence. The home is very inviting.
Appliances, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures are well-appointed and the water pressure is good.
Extremely convenient location in the heart of Boulder: less than a 5 minute walk to Pearl Street and across the street from a charming, small park (Jesse Fitzpatrick).
The host, Jay, is consistently reachable and attentive. He lives in the adjunct house on the front side of the lot (with his awesome dog Pepper), and will make you feel welcome.
Highly recommend this great place to spend your time in Boulder!

We had a fantastic stay in Boulder with our dog. Jay was a great host and made us feel right at home! The place had everything we needed and was in a grey location to explore the area.
