Nestled in Jefferson, this lovely house for $850 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 3 year old home with the New Orleans Charm of a Victorian house. In this 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, you will find a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, wood floors throughout, gorgeous natural light and a huge yard. You will also have access to 3 large flat screen TVs, each equipped with a Roku stick that allows access to Netflix, Amazon prime and much more. This very comfortable property with off-street parking, 2 front porches, and one back porch, is located one block from the very desirable Oak street with its cafés, numerous restaurants, wine bar, pubs and bars, pharmacy and quint stores. Walk half a block to get coffee, fresh bread, and pastries at "Breads on Oak" in the morning, or go to the well known Jacques-Imo's restaurant, for lunch or dinner, swing by Maple Leaf bar for its live music and so much more on hype Oak street. Seated Dinner!! Seating for 10 around the table. Seating for 7 additional people at breakfast bar+island. Everything you need is right there, but you are also just 5 blocks from the streetcar line on Carrollton Ave. which can bring you all the way downtown, while strolling along the beautiful Mansions on historic St Charles Avenue. You also have the option to call an Uber or Lyft and are minutes away from the Bourbon street buzz. Enjoy your stay with us! 4 King beds, 3 single beds, 3 baths. 1 of the King bedrooms and full bathroom is located downstairs for ease of access. $150 cleaning fee $700 refundable damage deposit Quoted rates are for e-check and are discounted 2.5%. Credit cards are not discounted 2.5%. 1/2 total to reserve Remainder due 60 days prior to check-in.

Perfect location for a bridal party! Unfortunately there was so much construction on the street that was such a pain.

The street has been torn up. It’s A W F U L. Later, it rained, turning it all into mud holes, galore. No one mentioned this had happened…I had the reservation for months. No WiFi. Never got fixed. (Because we wound up using a cell phone HotSpot to watch a game.) Damp towels were left in the adryer. No garbage bags were there at first. But they WERE delivered with chocolates, later!! Downstairs shower drain was stopped up, completely until a ton of long hair was removed by me (with rubber gloves). We Stayed Here Last Year. (The shades are still complicated & ragged.) BUT, The house is GREAT!!! There are new leather couches and there are PLENTY of beds. It was a let down from driving down the gravel mud street to wasting time trying to fix the Nonexistent WiFi. Disappointed, felt uninformed. But we still had great family time.

This house is lovely, clean and beautiful with a great backyard for out dog! Here's the issue, and it pains me to write this. This house is located directly beside several train tracks, and multiple times during the night (every single night) the deafening train whistle begins around 3am and goes through until almost 6. No one is our house slept, including my deaf father in law who even woke up to this whistle. Just when your heart rate goes back to normal and you begin to fall back to sleep...you guessed it...another insanely loud whistle. It's unfortunate bc this house is lovely and the owners are great.

The property was very nice and easily fit our group of 7. We were surprised at how big it was. We were a little nervous driving in because the neighborhood seemed a little iffy, but we ended up walking to and from dinner with no concerns. Several good restaurants are nearby. We also managed to squeeze two cars into the driveway, which was nice to have off street parking! In summary, the house was big, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others for sure.

I stayed here with 7 other guests and we had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of space when we wanted to come together. Beautifully furnished and super clean. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and it's an ~15 minute drive to and from the airport and French Quarter. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the home is near active railroad tracks so you will hear trains throughout the day and night. Wasn't an issue for my group and I. All in all, great home, great location

We arrived 2 days before our cruise and needed a place to stay in NOLA ~ this house is wonderful. The communication leading up to and while there was fantastic. The house is beautiful, we walked to Breads on Oak every day for coffee, Uber to any location is close, we walked to supper each night. Highly recommended!! Thank you again for such a wonderful, safe, enjoyable home. Will def stay here next time we are in town.

What an amazing property! Our family was visiting NOLA for a Tulane graduation and this house was so comfortable with a great backyard, kitchen and bedrooms. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The location was also close to Oak St and Maple St restaurants. We highly recommend this property!

The house was clean and well-stocked for our visit. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch while the dog ran around in the yard. Make sure you visit Breads on Oak - delicious and close by!

We had a great experience. Nice location if looking to be away from French Quarter and closer to uptown. French Quarter is a short Uber/drive.

The property is as advertised and made for a nice stay. The neighborhood made us weary upon arrival but walked home a couple of nights with no safety concerns. The neighborhood is being rebuilt with businesses operational at night. Near the train tracks with the train horns during the night. City living, not the country. We walked about 5-6 blocks to the trolley downtown. Would rent there again.

20 minutes before our4 PM check-in we were notified that the downstairs heater was not working. The owner came when a technician arrived and it was fixed by 5:15. Fortunately by the time we got back from dinner the house was warm. This was only an issue because it was freezing temps in NO - a rare occasion! Otherwise it was a perfect weekend.

The house was nice and as described. The issue was the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and not safe. This is the ONLY house of this caliber for many blocks. The rest are run down bungalows. It’s about 5-6 blocks from good parts of Oak Street but to get there we weren’t comfortable walking There are also train tracks close by and the train comes by at all hours blaring its horn in the middle of the night Nice house but we won’t stay here again
