being able to adjust room temperature. full fridge & kitchenette
breakfast area need a bit fixing up. adjustments to food. eggs soggy and bacon not fully cooked or crispy.

Pool was open & breakfast
Our Door was stuck k & hard to open & close. microwave glass plate was wrong size for ours . I kept thinking this is gonna fall & break...

There were different entry options with key card access only, the staff was nice, decent value for the price and the location was ideal.
Not all of the elevators worked and the sink in my bathroom took hours to drain. The iron also had something burnt on the surface. The cooked breakfast options were not very good, but there were other prepackaged options at least.

I really liked the layout of the room and the location of the hotel. Pet friendly.
After the first night I asked the front desk when room service came, could we get the bathroom towels changed due to using the ones in there for showers. We did not get the towels changed.
