Immaculate! Very clean! Updated building.
The beds were not very comfortable. My husband and I both found the beds to be too firm. A mattress topper would really help. Also the pillows were all the same, they felt to be down, but our heads sunk into them even with 3 and 4 pillows we did not have good neck support and both had stiff necks in the morning.

Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans/Elmwood was a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and restaurants just minutes away. The complimentary hot breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. My room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
It was smaller than I expected and was located right next to the parking lot, which made it feel less private and relaxing. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Orleans/Elmwood area.

Renovations were going on sign said 9 to 5 however at 7:30 knocking would start
