We loved staying at Kim's place. It is so unique. My son and his roommate come over for dinner one night of our stay and they loved it. The location is great. Our bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms are nice and everything seemed well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only things I would give as a heads up is there are stairs to get up to the loft and stairs to the upper rooms of the loft. If anyone has mobility issues. However, that is kind of to be expected in a loft. Also, as mentioned by some of the other guests, there is a lack of privacy with some of the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem with us because it was just my husband and I. One of the main level bedrooms is completely closed in. The other main level bedroom is closed in except for one wall that is open at the top. The two bedrooms upstairs are open loft space bedrooms. This is completely fine for families, but maybe not couples vacationing together. With all that being said, we LOVED this space. The huge windows, high ceiling and beautiful touches made this place a keeper. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Kim!

We had 7 friends stay for 3 nights and although the space is cool, it is noisy when you walk across floors or talk because it echoes. The common areas are nice and work really well for gathering. Only one bedroom is private (the others are adjoined) which is a bit awkward. The loft bedrooms have no doors and nowhere to put clothes as far as a dresser or closet. Adding a few things like a rod for clothes and maybe a mirror to those areas would add to the experience. We ran out of toilet paper but didn’t receive any when we reported it. The garden tub only had a trickle of water so really it wasn’t useable. There was a new faucet there so I’m sure they were aware of that. The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly need! This property wasn’t bad, just a few things that could make or break the stay depending on your situation.

For the 5 of us 60 somethings, this was a fun find! Cool loft with lots of bright light coming through the large windows! If you like a completely dark bedroom for sleeping, you may need a sleep mask due to the street lights that are not completely blocked by the window blinds. Pros: Great location for walking to nearby restaurants and breweries. Host was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Well stocked kitchen! Clean. Possible Cons: Stairs may be a bit steep if you’re not in shape or have mobility issues. Because of the open floor plan of a loft, it is a can be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper.

With 5 of my friends we were taking a cooking class at NYK and didn’t want to drive at drinking wine so we rented this very cool place. Plenty of room to relax in a very unique space
