The first level of the condo features an open concept kitchen, living and dining room flooded with natural light from a wall of windows trimmed in bamboo shades. Balconies on both levels are perfect for early mornings or late afternoons, with gorgeous Gulf views available on the second level of the condo. Upstairs on the second level, you'll also find the spacious master suite, with white board and batten walls and a natural wicker king sized bed. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay.
