Other Dockside amenities include a heated, waterfront pool with jacuzzi, under-building parking and an outdoor storage area for bicycles. For those who prefer to chart their own course, we have put together our own “Clearwater Beach Welcome Guide” that is available upon check-in. The Guide is full of recommendations that will save you time and money, as well as contact information for businesses and activities that meet our standards of excellence. Finally, if you have allergies or a sensitive nose, you will be happy to know that our unit is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Additionally, all bed pillows and comforters are down-alternative, and the unit receives a “deep-clean” after each and every guest’s departure. You will not be disappointed booking this condo. It is beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The view is spectacular. The property is quiet. The elevators were reliable. Pool and hot tub were nice! The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bath was gorgeous with a separate toilet area, double sinks, a walk in shower and huge bathtub. The other two bedrooms had plenty of space for two beds each. The property is in walking distance to some great restaurants and necessities. It’s about a 12 minute walk to Pier 60, but the area feels safe and is well lit for walking at night. This is the nicest property we have booked to date. 10/10 will recommend (actually, already have!!)

This property is just as described. Just need updated frying pans. Dolphins were in the marina 3 days. Location is perfect. The beach is literally 5 min walk, basically, so is the night life! I will stay at this property again!

Condo exactly as described. Perfect location to walk to beach, restaurants and marina. Easy check-in and communication with property managers. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and beach gear. Beautiful views off balcony towards intracoastal waterways. We saw dolphins several times nightly. I would recommend this condo 100%.

property is nice , however there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed .ice maker does not work,,, recliner does not work,, master shower needs a good grout cleaning, cushions on patio furniture need replacing. kit. faucet not working properly. very limited everyday supplies for the cost of the rental,

This condo was just perfect for my family. The whole condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were very nice. The master bedroom is one of the best we have ever had. The balcony view is just beautiful. We were about 5 minutes walk to Clearwater beach. There are so many places to eat within walking distance. I am sure we will return next spring.

Everything was great, no issues. Property was vey clean and the maintained property I have ever rented. Location was good, walkable to all restaurants and beaches. Views were perfect, very comfortableclean rooms. Would stay here again!
