With the beach just 1.5 blocks away, there are over 25 restaurants within a 3-block radius, and activities such as wave runners, parasailing, paddle boarding and bike rentals are all within one block of our location. Plus, because we have over 388 feet of water frontage in the most expansive channel on Clearwater Beach, this means that dolphins sightings are a common occurrence. Other Dockside amenities include a heated, waterfront pool with jacuzzi, under-building parking and an outdoor storage area for bicycles.
For those who prefer to chart their own course, we have put together our own “Clearwater Beach Welcome Guide” that is available upon check-in. The Guide is full of recommendations that will save you time and money, as well as contact information for businesses and activities that meet our standards of excellence.
Finally, if you have allergies or a sensitive nose, you will be happy to know that our unit is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Additionally, all bed pillows and comforters are down-alternative, and the unit receives a “deep-clean” after each and every guest’s departure.

Wow, this place is not only gorgeous inside but the views are breathtaking, we watched dolphins and manatees every day from the balcony. We had such a great experience staying at this condo we didn’t want to leave. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed, while still being quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout the unit with everything you could possibly need. Communication was easy, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Thank you again for your hospitality this was the best vacation in Clearwater we’ve ever had.

Great property for the size group we had and the view was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone and the location was great. Nice kitchen space to cook. Will definitely be back.

There was nothing missing. The view was incredible watching the dolphins play several times a day. The apartment was equipped with all we needed. Bedding extremely comfortable and the night life was amazing. We'll stay longer next time

Firstly the location of the property was great. Close to the beach and many restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired - floors, couches, doors and door handles were dirty. There was sand all over the closet where the wagon was kept which ultimately got all over the place. The beach wagon itself was missing screws and rusty and had to be fixed by ourselves to make it useable. This was mentioned in a review a year ago and nothing was done about it. The white towels for the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be.
Some basic items missing in the kitchen ie cutting board kettle. Knives in knife block were rusty. Sliding door wouldn’t lock and with some toddlers with us made us uncomfortable.
Also we communicated with the property manager and first they told us there were beach towels on site and then they changed their mind and said there weren’t any so we went to buy beach towels only to find that there were in fact 6 large beach towels on site. Poor communication from the property manager. Considering what we paid for this place we were not impressed with the value proposition.
