About this condo rental
Located in Snyderville, this attractive condo for $99 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines. Situated in the Newpark / Redstone Village area, Park City Preserve is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars, shopping, grocery and more, that are all within just a few steps. This property overlooks the Swaner Nature Preserve and has the most stunning views. You are also on the Park City hiking/biking trail system and just a short walk to the bus stop for free transportation to all that Park City, Deer Valley and the Kimball Junction area has to offer. Built in 2011, this lovely condo features 1,500 square feet within two levels of living space with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to seven guests in comfort. You will also have amazing views from both levels of this home. You will enter the home from the garage and into the main living area, holding the living room, dining area and kitchen. Living Room: This comfortable and cozy space offers a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and a private deck with stunning views and a hot tub. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There are stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including kitchen bar seating for two. Dining Area: With seating for up to six. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom (upper level) – King bed, TV/DVD and private deck overlooking Swaner Preserve. There is a full private bath with dual granite counter sinks and a tile shower. Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Two twin beds, TV/DVD and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Upper level loft with a twin bed Main level full shared bath with a tile shower. Awesome location and great stay overall. A couple items to address: Pull out bed was nasty, Filled with cereal. Master bedroom sheets had hairs all over them.

Great Unit and location
The unit was very clean and well appointed (for example the owner even provided laundry detergent so we didn't have to purchase any). We were very comfortable there and the location is 5 minutes from the lift at Canyons and about 10 minutes to the lift at Park City. There is very convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the unit.

The coffee maker was half broken so you couldn’t set it to brew in the morning and still had to heat your coffee in the microwave after. The master shower head needs to be replaced as not all of the little holes spray water and the water everywhere takes forever to heat. Overall it was a decent place but not for a staycation where you want to hang out there the whole time.

Beautiful place
We had a delightful time at this property. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it included everything we needed for our week of vacation. Our only drawback was that the sun came in to the bedroom window earlier that we wanted to wake up.

We enjoy visiting Park City and getting in our snow fix for the season every year. This is our favorite place to stay. It’s comfortable and convenient, close to stores and great restaurants. Will definitely be back again!
