Distance to the beach. Air condition.

Deteriorating furniture, doors, windows, kitchen. It has never, never (!) been renovated. Only patched up. Just dont go. Find smth better. Didnt take photos (accept the one with rotten kitchen) but i should have. On fridge door is rust btw.

The location is great.

My apartment was dark and bare basics. The front door gap would have let in bugs or debris. I even found a small scorpion in the bathroom on last morning. I chose this to be near family staying in a bungalow. This was simply not up to my standards as an accommodation.
