About this house rental

4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeps eight. Beautiful views where 'Old Arroyo' and 'Arroyo Colorado' fork. Great fishing on the dock. Outdoor palapa, bbq pit, lighted fishing pier. Large screen satellite tv, satellite internet, full kitchen, central air, and dishwasher. Fenced yard is pet friendly. 30 minutes from Harlingen airport. 30 minutes to Brownsville/SPI.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Host was very great at communicating and the house was very spacious and comfortable!There were a few things that could be improved. The microwave did not work and the hot water heater was not functioning properly when we arrived. Also, I would recommend that some type of permanent bumper be installed on the dock because if you don’t bring anything with you your boat is going to get beat up next to the dock.

Perfect for my group to fish a tournament and be able to relax after a hard day fishing!!!

The host was fine, however the entry doors could not be locked and if a wind was blowing they would blow open unless chairs were jammed under the handles. Part of the fence was down on the river side.
