Staff are great! Very, very kind! Clean hostel, and location is superb! Near Hakata eki:)
People in the small F room are sometimes very noisy, packing after midnight, clinking n clankin' with their stuff, and loud plastic sounds etc...no sleep...but, this is normal sometimes in a blessed hostel, and can't be helped. Last night was great! It was unusually quiet and we all slept deeply!

The owner is very nice and helpful! The hostel is clean. It is truly a hostel and ear plugs are necessary. It's in a very good location ! I could relax after the first day:).
At first I was very surprised at the chains to use to secure your luggage in Japan! Never saw that before. And, some of the English signs were a little harsh that made me feel a little uncomfortable. Very strict, but perhaps there are good reasons for the information that is posted.

No elevator
Safe sticks off the wall inside bed space you can get hit if not paying attention
Luggage storage area is only 1.2meters tall not comfortably accessible
