Struttura tenuta con molta cura, pulizia, ordine: tutto è stato ben meditato e nulla è lasciato al caso. Titolare molto gentile. Colazione ricca e abbondante, con anche prodotti fatti in casa.
Il ventilatore è vecchio e fa rumore: va cambiato - si tratta di un aspetto molto importante perché se la camera è nel sottotetto e fuori fa molto caldo, sono dolori, tanto più che il Comune non consente di installare in un tale pregevole centro storico le pompe esterne dei condizionatori. Inoltre, se nel bagno del piano sottostante qualcuno lascia acceso l'aspiratore per tutta la notte (come è accaduto a me durante il mio soggiorno), si sente un rumore come di portante elettrica o di ventola realmente odioso: andrebbe avvisato il cliente, affinché possa mettersi d'accordo con il suo gentile vicino di camera.
In ogni caso la struttura è assolutamente raccomandabile, realizzata e gestita con serietà. L'ho apprezzata e ne incoraggio l'uso, senza esitazioni né riserve.

Direkt in der schönen Altstadt von Collepardo gelegen war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Unvorhergesehen kamen wir viel zu früh zum B&B und auch das war kein Problem. Perfekte Dienstleistung für alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen.
