Movie room downstairs with leather reclining movie chairs and large screen TV plus enjoy playing shuffleboard game while watching your favorite sports event or a movie. Or step out to the lower deck and relax in the Jacuzzi Brand Hot Tub. Amenities include covered single boat dock with covered Jet Ski Ramp/Port. Easy and short walk to lake with deck close to lake. 2 Kayaks are located on the dock for your enjoyment. One King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bunkbed. Home and Location are perfect for a vacation with all of the fun things associated with the lake, Jet Skiing, Tubing, Knee Boarding, Skiing, and Fishing or great to hang out in the water at the dock. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house comfortably accommodated our group (8 adults and 1child) and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend staying there.

Very wonderful property with a great media room and hot tub. The only downside is 1 of the bedrooms you have to walk through another bedroom to acces it. Other than that the property was perfect.

There were 8 of us ladies having a girls weekend to celebrate our upcoming 40th Birthdays. We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Having the dock was perfect to us my pontoon boat and swim from. We loved having enough beds so only 2 ladies had to share the king. The hot tub was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Only wish list items were more kitchenware & more lighting on the stairs down to the dock.

Long overdue review but we have stayed at a few places since last July (2022) and this place really was fantastic. Wish they were all like this. Would definitely come back. Maybe it’s summer on the horizon or a recent weird stay somewhere else, but I wanted to leave this positive review. Apologies it took so long.

This home was perfect for our family of five (though could have fit a few more if needed). It ended up being a chilly week but there was still plenty to do with the movie room, hot tub, and fire pit for s'mores. Incredibly clean and the homeowners were very kind and communicative. Hoping to come back again in the summer months. Thank you!

Wow! Great house. Layout perfect for us. Great kitchen-easy to prepare and serve meals. Theater room was a treat-the kids watched movies there. Back porch was used often. Kids loved the hot tub. Dock was great and easy to use. The owner was amazing-easy, fast responses to our queries before, during , and after our stay. The only thing we were not aware of is that the 4th bedroom is only accessed through the master bedroom on main level. Not an issue this time, but could be awkward if we had different assortment of guests. That said, this is the BEST Tims Ford Lake property we have ever rented. We will definitely return.

This home was just as promised: clean, beautifully decorated, conveniences and a very responsive and informative host. The lake in the fall is a must see!! Deck with a fabulous view, a deck by the dock with a fit pit (perfect for s'mores), a hot tub and a theater room!! Highly recommend!

This was our traditional fall family outing. We totally enjoyed our lake weekend. This house is awesome. It is immaculate- every inch of it. It is beautifully decorated. It is very comfortable -beds and all- with plenty of space to spread out or have your own personal space. The theater was great for all the football fans and for movie night. The kitchen is well equipped. We love this house and plan to return. Ken was very gracious and helpful with our pontoon issue. What more could you want??

Ken and his Vacation property is A+. Beautiful home and location. Home has pretty much everything you need. Every inch of home is beautifully decorated with many spots to enjoy to catch up with family or read a great book. It seems like Ken thought of everything from 2 different coffee makers(Keurig to regular), books, movies and games for the family. Details do matter! As for Tim Ford’s Lake. Wow. Huge and beautiful. So many coves to explore. Family favorite was to rent a pontoon and find a cove to swim. Although, renting a Pontoon is not necessary because this home has a beautiful cove with a great dock that we enjoyed daily. We made so many memories and had so much fun. Hope to enjoy this beautiful home and Lake again!!!

We had a great time relaxing Easter Weekend, it was very quiet and peaceful and minutes from Lynchburg. The property was beauty and the check in process was very easy. The communication with the property manager was very easy and they were quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy time on the lake.
