Located in Deer Valley, this charming house for $4,500 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to our mountain retreat at Deer Valley. Enjoy yourself in this exclusive private home in the heart of Deer Valley at Silver Lake. This home has the feel of a spacious mountain chalet and features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bath (two of the bedrooms are magnificent master suites), spectacular mountain views, a wonderful Great Room with vaulted ceiling and gourmet kitchen, large family room on a separate level with HD TV/DVD, 6 fireplaces, steam showers, sauna, hot tub, private study, broadband internet with Wi-Fi, heated drive and walkways, private garage parking and so much more - over 7,000 sq ft of living space on 3 levels. The structure of the home makes it perfect for two or even three families to share, or for business, church or community groups looking for a place for an offsite retreat. For family groups, the adults typically gather in the main floor Great Room and kids hangout together in the downstairs Family Room with the big flat screen TV, game table and video game connections. There are numerous private sitting areas throughout the house which makes it easy to find separate space to relax, read or have a private conversation. Both the main sitting area around the fireplace in the Great Room and the large Dining Room table are excellent for group gatherings. This luxurious home offers a spectacular location mid mountain, with every amenity. For skiing, you can walk one block to the lifts at Silver Lake and leave your skis and poles at the complimentary overnight ski check there. Deer Valley and Park City offer so many winter (and summer!) vacation opportunities: fantastic skiing at Deer Valley and Park City (Park City and The Canyons have now combined to form the largest ski resort in North America); cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling - virtually any outdoor winter sport you can think of can be found here at its best. Park City also offers many attractions to appeal to your whole family or group. Historic Main Street was the center of the community when it was a mining town. It is lined with restaurants of all types - gourmet to funky bars - as well as galleries and other shops. The community also has a number of high end spas which offer massage and facial treatments. For those who want a great gym for working out, Silver Mountain Athletic Club in the middle of town is a fantastic facility with dozens of weight machines, a huge setup of free weights and an entire separate level of cardio equipment - plus a big open area for stretching and floor exercises. Our large family travels together every Winter and Summer and we have stayed in some beautiful homes, but this is the best of the best! The property is luxurious and ideally located, the owner friendly and accommodating, and the property manager attentive to our every need. Young and old, our family members loved it!

Great Family Vacation with Friends
We enjoyed a great vacation in Deer Valley. In total, three families totaling 15 people, with kids ranging in age from 3 years old to 17 years old. The house is great and has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation from hot tub and sauna to great room and entertainment room (great for kids' movies) to exercise room and even 2 offices for occasional work calls. The location was a short (5-7 min) walk to Silver Lake Lodge and the house also includes a parking pass for the garage across the street from Silver Lake so kids didn't have to walk each day. The host was super responsive to all of our questions ahead of the trip and the property management company was super responsive during the trip. All-in-all a great experience.

Best rental property ever!
We arrived at Deer Valley, the day before the slopes and restaurants were shut down due to the corona virus. In-spite of this, and thanks to this wonderful house and the most amazing owner, who stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, we had a lovely "non-skiing" ski vacation. This beautiful home was perfect for our large family of ten adults and five grandchildren under eight years old. Every room is beautiful and comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for our large group. We can't thank the owners enough for all they did to make our unusual stay truly a family blessing we will not forget. We are all now in different states praying we stay safe, get through this pandemic, and can plan our next trip to this fabulous property!!!

Family ski week
I am very thankful we landed on renting the KnollHouse property for our multi-family vacation. The location was exactly what we wanted, I would say ski in best suites the property as long as Mother Nature provides enough snow! We had four family coming together for a week of skiing and spending time together. The house was extremely comfortable and allowed us all to spread out. The owners were very responsive and accommodating! I hope we are able to visit the KnollHouse again.

Perfection
This home and it’s owners leave no stone unturned in creating a perfect vacation in Deer Valley. Exquisite furnishings, attention to every detail and incredible location, created the perfect spot for our four couple get away. I can’t imagine a more upscale spot!

This home is spectacular. The team was outstanding with preparing the house prior to our visit. During our stay, we had no problems that required their attention. We will definitely plan to use this home again when we visit Park City.

Awesome ski house!
We shared this house with 2 families and it worked perfectly. There is plenty of room for everyone. Two masters and a third queen bedroom. Kids loved the bunk rooms! The house has everything you need. Local house management was super helpful if you needed anything. It comes with a parking pass for the garage right across from Silverlake lifts which we loved so I recommend having at least one car. You can walk from the house but this was better for kids. Overall, this is a beautiful house that was very convenient and we had a great time staying there!

WINTER WONDERLAND!
This home was centrally located in Deer Valley and near Park City with amazing views, every amenity you could want, and more than ample space for our extended family. Every couple had their own rooms and we could hav brought even more people. It was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property! Thank you!

WOW! What a fabulous house!
We find a home that will hold all 19 of us every 4th of July week - Monterrey, Moab, Vail, Northern Michigan - and this home was not disappointing. Some in our family liked it the very best. And a plus was that Matt responded so quickly when we had an issue with the hot tub and water pressure. He was there and solved the problem so fast! It was very nice to have all of us in the kitchen and family room comfortably. Loved having two washers/dryers and access to the garage for parking two of our five cars. Our stay was the best!

Magnificent vacation home!
We loved vacationing with our families in this beautiful and spacious home. The layout was perfect for privacy and for hanging out together. Multiple rooms had king size beds for the adults which worked out perfect. The large kitchen island was ideal for setting up meals and the dining area allowed everyone a place to enjoy meals. We loved the views, the hot tub and all the amenities the house provided. This is a great home with the perfect location, close to activities and Park City. I highly recommend this home. The owner is attentive and quick to respond to your questions or requests. We felt very welcomed in this amazing home.

Great family rental
We had a great trip with my kids, spouses and grandkids aging 32 - 7 months. The house was perfect for everyone to have there own space or be together. It was close for hiking and walking thru neighborhoods for those taking an easy walk. Loved seeing the neighborhood moose cruising thru the backyard a few of the days!! The house had everything we could possibly need.

Outstanding Vacation Home and Area
Our family of three generations recently stayed in this gorgeous mountain retreat. All of us had a superb time, in fact it was a repeat visit to this lovely home, and each of us were thrilled to be back. The owners are very responsive and have worked to ensure a visitor can feel right at home. The location is perfect for Deer Valley activities or its a quick trip down the mountain to Park City. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 kids. Nothing but the highest quality of amenities. We loved it and hope for a three-peat!

Fantastic Holiday Home and Destination
We had two families (4 Adults and 7 kids) staying in this beautiful house and we all loved it. The location was just as described a short walk from the Silver Lake Lifts so perfect for all ages to be be able to walk to and from the slopes. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for such a large group. The owner was very attentive to our questions on anything to do with the house, resort and more and responded promptly so we always felt comfortable emailing him. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Deer Valley, and were very sad when the time came to leave.
