Nestled in Tucson, this charming house for $82 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Lovely and Full of Charm - Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or Escaping the Winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled 1946 Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Casita. New Heating and Air Conditioning along with Saltillo Tile throughout so that you are comfortable your entire stay. IF THIS ONE DOESN'T QUITE FIT YOUR NEEDS, ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS - 663815, 969240, 960915, 1172513, 1074835, 1169254, 1572301, 1433543, 1573432 .ALL THESE HOMES ARE WITHIN A BLOCK OF ONE ANOTHER / MAJOR CROSS STREETS ARE ALVERNON & SPEEDWAY. CLEANING — We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. We provide hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap as well for all our properties. Bedrooms Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available is a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests. Guest Access Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars. There is plenty of space behind the house and in the driveway to park an RV (though not covered). Interaction with Guests: We live in the house next door and are available any time for questions. That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson. The condo had everything we needed to make meals. We loved the hot tub. The Condo was clean and well kept. Lots of towels! Took advantage off the beach chairs and the cooler. Beach was a short walk as were small convenience stores and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The house is clean and exactly like the photos. There is everything that you would need, especially in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well and there are ceiling fans in the living area too.

Generally a nice place to stay. the home was very clean and had some good amenities (i.e. big TV, good dishes). However the bathroom could use some upgrades. The shower worked but it was old and somewhat primitive.

this is a very nice place to stay, bedrooms were comfortable, granite counter tops, stove/oven, and refrig, and washer/dryer set it apart from other places. Kitchen was very well equipped, really complete.

Easy check in. Great place to stay. Comfortable. Everything we needed. It was a bit dark though. No light in the dining room that I could find and living room had lamp but no overhead lighting. Not a big deal though. We stayed in winter and it was rainy the weekend we were there. In summer, we probably would have just had dinner outside in the back yard. Since it was just the 2 of us, we just ate in the little bar area in the kitchen. We stayed with our 2 dogs so it was great to have a completely fenced yard. We'd stay there again.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the holidays with some friends. The location was perfect! Easy to get everywhere. House is well stocked. Both beds are very comfortable. Great back yard for our little doggies. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was wonderful and easy check in and out! We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

We were so pleased with this place, was better than we anticipated. Location was perfect for us as we were bouncing around Tucson in different directions and it was a great central location with access to everything we wanted to do. It’s super comfortable and the backyard was a nice reprieve at the end of the day.

We rented for family weekend at U of Arizona. The house is convenient to campus and in a decent and quiet neighborhood. TV was outdated with no streaming options and minimalist DirectTV service. Appliances were good. Nice backyard. We had what we needed for a short stay. Overall this is a decent property that lives up to its description with the exception of not having covered parking for two vehicles because there was a camper parked in the carport. But we had only one car so it didn’t matter.

We had a good stay. After busy days, we came back to a quiet place to rest. Had a bit of trouble to enter, the lockbox was empty but the manager brought the key within a few moments. He was very responsive to my queries. Location is close to restaurants and stores loved the experience.
