Located in Frisco, this charming condo for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Surrounded by pine and aspen trees at the quiet west end of town, a few steps off Main Street, this well appointed condo is only blocks from the heart of downtown Frisco - an easy walk to dinner, shops & music. It is adjacent to Ten Mile Creek and just steps away from the Free Summit Stage bus stop, a 10 minute trip to Copper Mountain. The location off the west Frisco exit on I-70 avoids the congestion of the busy Frisco/Breckenridge/Highway 9 exit. This condo is cozy and tastefully decorated, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet. The main living area has leather furniture, HD Smart TV, Sony sound bar, high speed wifi (300/10 mbps) and gas fireplace. Listen to music from your smart phone or Pandora using the Sony sound bar. The couch is a pull-out with a comfortable mattress. The dining room furniture was handcrafted by a local woodworker using pine beetle-kill logs. The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. There is a coffee grinder, cuisinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers. A washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) adds to your convenience. The radiant floor heat and gas fireplace will keep you warm on cold winter nights. The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved covered parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside. The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator for easy transport of gear. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, HOA rules state no pets! New commercial grade hot tub opened December 2021. The building only has 17 units, most part-time, so you will likely have the hot tub to yourselves. There is a yoga mat, exercise ball & foam roller in the unit. A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek where you can sit on a bench and watch the creek go by. The Rec Path is a block away for easy access to hiking and biking. Just minutes away is the transportation center where a free shuttle will take you to Breckenridge (8 miles), Keystone (13 miles) or A Basin (17 miles). Very easy access to I-70. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away. Sorry, no long term rentals in the peak seasons. The Town of Frisco has a noise ordinance policy & this condo is in a quiet building. The host was wonderful and responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. An added bonus is that the property had an elevator and covered parking. The location was perfect, it allowed to walk to Main Street and enjoy its many points of interest.

It was a great place for our family of 3. Great location - quick to jump on I-70 to Copper and a short drive to downtown Frisco (would certainly be walkable in good weather). Condo was clean with nice beds and kitchen supplies.

Gerri's condo is lovely - it was exactly as shown, very spacious and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was! The location is great, just off the Frisco main street and a short drive to Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, and Breck. The hot tub was a really nice bonus. Parking was also super convenient and easy, especially with the storage unit right there. We will definitely look to come back!

We had a wonderful stay with Gerri. She was very communicative, the lodge was very easy to find and access and really comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the big kitchen which was really well stocked with essentials for cooking and the hot tub. Just a 3 minute walk to the bus to Copper Mountain which came every hour and was very convenient.

Great location and neighborhood. We enjoyed staying at this Condo. Gerri was quick to get back to us when we called asking a question. Loved the covered parking, it snowed while we were there. The condo was super comfy for my husband and I and our adult son. Nicely stocked kitchen. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and only a 3 minute walk to the bus to Copper Mountain. The dedicated parking spot is a huge plus.

It was a beautiful place. We loved that it was a quiet place we can go back to and hang out. Gerri was very responsive. It was close to town and we were able to walk if we wanted to. And not too far from Breck where were went to go snowboarding. I would stay again!

Gerri is a great host. Communication about the property was excellent. Instructions to access all the amenities were spot on. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a full meal for the family. Access to I-70 is a big plus. Our family spent a few days Skiing on the slopes at Copper mountain and being able to access I-70 easily was a huge plus. There is a free summit county bus route from a bus stop outside the condo complex to the slopes that we didn't use but thought was a great amenity to have. The condo is also very close to some great restaurants in downtown Frisco. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting again next year.

This rental was appointed like a home! It was so appreciated to have a kitchen with all the tools to cook and prep real meals. The layout works well for noise with the bedrooms on opposite sides. Everything was fresh and clean. And the location was ideal for commuting between Breck and Leadville. I highly recommend!!

Literally a block or two off interstate and yet quiet and peaceful. Perfect for hitting different mountains. Covered parking. Hostess was on point. One issue we had was getting in due to being locked out and within a minute she was able to open it remotely. Highly recommend.

Perfect mountain getaway!
We had a great time staying in Frisco and skiing at Copper. The location was great and the shuttle was super convenient. The decor makes it feel so cozy, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals. Would definitely stay here again! It’s just a short walk from the Main Street with all the shops.

We are a family of 4, and this property was perfect for us! It was easy to get to, had great amenities, was a convenient location to the Copper shuttle and Frisco main street, and was quiet. We also appreciated the communication from the owner regarding check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at Gerri's condo for a ski trip getaway. While the exterior of the building was not particularly inspiring, we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy, spacious and clean the condo was once we stepped inside.
The beds were very comfortable and the little extras (spice rack, Brita filter, foam roller and exercise ball) were a very nice touch.The hot tub was a big plus as well.
Gerri was also able to accommodate a slightly early check-in, and communicated with us well. Would definitely stay here again next time. Thanks Gerri!

Perfect Location for Our Ski Trip
Simply put, Gerri's property is an awesome place to stay while vacationing in CO. The layout of her condo is perfect for families, and Gerri made sure that we had all of the little things that make such a big difference when staying away from home. We had garage parking, and locked storage for our gear, which was really nice. Also, the hot tube was open and it is outside, but on a covered balcony with a beautiful view. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

No toilet hot tub. Got charged for carpet clean Nightmare
I had a problem with the toilet and the hot tub didn’t work. Then the owner changed me for the strains on the carpet I didn’t do. I have rented a lot through vrbo and never had a problem. Will double think renting in the future. A bit of a nightmare

We are regular visitors to the Frisco area and this is the first time we've stayed at Gerri's place and we loved our stay there!
It was so convenient to everything we love to do there including the restaurants and the bicycle trails that takes us to Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain. And there are great summer Music in the Park events too!
Gerri's place was very comfortable & clean, nicely decorated & had a homey feel. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were very comfortable & the location was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee too. Also Gerri was very quick to respond to us when we had a question.
We’ve stayed in many places in the Frisco area & this was by far our favorite. We highly recommend it & we’d stay again.
