This lovely apartment boasts a large open space which includes a queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and living area with a gas fireplace. There is a separate walk-in laundry room closet and full bath. The sofa pulls out with a queen sized bed. The apartment is above the garage of a residential home, separate from the house with its own private entrance and assigned parking. It's located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, a grocery store and the bus line, just 4 miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. If your're lucky, you may wake to the smell of the ocean and catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier as you sip your morning coffee.

My stay in the studio was very enjoyable! The kitchen was well supplied, the bed was so comfortable, and the studio was very neat and clean. The host was so accommodating and responsive to my request to extend my stay.

Great location between Ballard and downtown. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed with our toddler. He loved the stuffed Unicorn!

Very nice property. Hard to get food deliveries, even with detailed directions the driver couldn't find us. Great communication with owner.

This really does not sleep four. A double bed and a very small couch/bed. Both are uncomfortable. This is a good location for North Seattle.
