Great size to this appartment and a lovely balcony with a view to St Michaels Mount. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the start of the city center, with everything we needed. Easy to park. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could make some dinners while there.

The layout and decor of the apartment was great. The view from the balcony is spectacular. And really made the stay unique. Very well maintained. No real issues.
The bed in the larger bedroom was too soft. Honestly uncomfortable. You sink into it and we woke up with sore backs most nights. And we're in our early 30s
Only one toilet roll was provided for our 3 day stay. And in the booklet it was specified they wanted us to replace what we used. Kind of a ridiculous ask.
Small issues, but worth noting for the owner.

The property is very well located overlooking Penzance Harbour. The flat is very tastefully decorated.
The fridge was not fit for purpose as it did not keep anything cold which caused a problem with our food as we stayed in the flat during a heat wave. We also had a problem with the hot water which was easily remedied but was a nuisance. The lounge has lots of lovely paintings and artefacts but some items needed a good clean or good dust!
