I had an exceptional experience during our four-day stay with my wife. Simply a perfect 10/10.
The apartment itself was outstanding: spotlessly clean, spacious, modern, and felt more like staying in a luxury hotel than in a regular apartment. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the nearby private parking was a great convenience.
The location is excellent, situated in a safe and pleasant part of the city (although Thessaloniki as a whole felt very safe to us). The waterfront is about a 15 to 20-minute walk away at a comfortable pace. Getting back was always easy, and we usually used a taxi, which cost only around €4-5. In our opinion, this was much more convenient than driving our own car.
Ioanna is an exceptional host. She is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She provided us with detailed instructions regarding the apartment, local area, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
When I return to Thessaloniki, this apartment will definitely be my first choice again. In fact, I have already recommended it to several of my friends.
A big thank you to both Ioanna and George for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and overall experience.

This place is awesome!
It's spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly want in the bathroom and kitchen. The washer works perfectly. The bed is very comfortable. The A/C works good. There's even a small elevator to the 2nd floor. The hosts Ioanna and George are so helpful and quick to respond. George showed us on the map where all the good restaurants were and the best sights to see, and Ioanna came one morning and showed us how to use the stove. The location is great. The apartment building is very quiet. We've traveled around the world a lot and this place was one of our favorites. Thank you George and Ioanna. If we ever wander from the United States to Thessaloniki again, we will book with you!

The host Ioanna welcomed us warmly and showed the car parking space, which is very close to the building. The apartment was clean and functional. There were snacks for breakfast. Wifi worked very well. There is a small elevator that can carry your luggage. The neighborhood is in a central location but surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. It is 10-20 mins walk to main tourist attractions so you don't need to use your car.
The couch at the living room for extra bed was very uncomfortable, it should definitely be replaced with a new one.
