The staff was super friendly, the hotel looks just like the pictures, the breakfast was awsome and tasty
The cleaningness of the rooms, they made the beds daily but did not clean the floor or change the towels

Rooms were spacious, staff very friendly and helpful - they organized a trip to Johny Cay Island on a very short notice, always helped with the taxi, etc.c Also no problem with later check-out.
Pool is very tiny, really difficult to spend more time out there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered us a taxi to the airport before our flight to Providencia.
Rooms were quite basic, however aircon in the bedroom was much needed for a good night sleep.

Staff was very helpful arranging transportation because we don’t speak Spanish. Breakfast was great.
It wasn’t very clean. Floors felt dirty and kitchen was dirty.
