Once the meeting place of island artists, The Art House & Cottage have been designed with modern finishes and furniture that pays homage to its former use as the Artists Association of Nantucket. Every room is filled with bright, natural sunlight shimmering through a central, original cupola. Light and airy furniture, linens, paint and floors are the perfect backdrop to eclectic artwork.
Main house boasts 5 bedrooms including a first floor master bed room and 4.5 baths with a cathedral ceiling in the living - kitchen - dining areas. The living area spills out to a large blue stone patio that connects to the pool area.
The Guest Cottage is conveniently located within the pool area and faces the main house. It has two stories with 1 bedroom, a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer and 1.5 baths.
The outdoor living space is surrounded by lush landscaping, private gardens, and an in-ground pool designed for hours of summer family enjoyment.
Every inch of this newly constructed home was designed for maximum summer enjoyment and includes central air-conditioning, WIFI Internet for the entire property as well as cable TV. The Art house is located in the perfect location for visiting and entertaining friends and family.

The Art House was beautiful and full of all the amenities you could ever want. Everything in the Art House was quality. The layout was perfect and we had ample room for each of us.
The pool was perfectly heated and we did yoga by the pool every day.,
The location was a short walk to town and we hiked to all the beaches.
This was a perfect place for our annual girls trip! Amazing, beautiful and relaxing!

Property was great and comfortably slept our party of 8 people. The house is located a short walk away from the center of town. Wonderful pool as well. Property is very well managed too and the owner is very responsive.
