Nestled in Louisville, this lovely house for $131 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We love hosting families! We're located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful park a block away. Our kids' room will keep the little ones entertained with the chalkboard, books, and toys. And as a backup we have Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ on our 52" HD TV! Our modern design will appeal to everyone, and our hanging chair in the living room is always a crowd favorite. We're new to HomeAway host but experienced with AirBnB with over 47 5-star reviews. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Reach almost all of Louisville in under 10 minutes. -3.5 miles to Churchill Downs -2.2 miles to UofL -3.4 miles to Expo Center -2.7 miles to KY Kingdom -3.8 miles to downtown Lou The Space: Modern boho design. Simple and clean, with eclectic accent pieces to give the space character. The house was cute. It was very old, small, but was mostly updated with modern amenities. We are senior citizens, and this home is definitely for a younger crowd. The only bad part was the airplanes on Thursday, starting at about 3:30 a.m.and continuing until about 7:30 a.m. arriving and departing. Sounded like the runway was right next to us.

Very responsive property owner, stopped by to fix a streaming service quickly. Good location close to zoo and Churchhill Downs. I appreciated the childrens books and chalkboard on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Overall satisfied with my stay. Would work with Josh again

Overall a good stay for our weekend at Kentucky Kingdom. A few things on the property could use some attention to enhance appeal and security. Comfortable for our group and had all the amenities we needed. Great location - super close to Kentucky Kingdom.

Over all good
The house has an older feel but overall welcoming and kid friendly. We had packed steaks as the listing stated the house had a grill on the deck. The grill wasn’t there when we arrived so we were disappointed about that but ended up having a delicious meal at a close by restaurant.
We’d stay here again.

Not only was this place fantastic from top to bottom but we arrived during the big ice storm and the next morning the owner came over to salt and shower the drive and paths for us. This was fantastic cause we wouldn’t have been able to get in and out as easily throughout our stay if they hadn’t. It made us feel very cared for so we’d definitely come back in the future.

This house is perfect for a group or family. The location is great - close to the airport and downtown. (Also, close to The Post -great pizza!)

Josh’s place was perfect for my extended Louisville weekend! I was attending a festival at the expo center/fairgrounds for a few days and wanted a property that was within walking distance from the venue, and a house that had kitchen amenities/washer&dryer for my stay. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and I felt perfectly safe walking home late at night from the shows. Finding the place was easy and josh was quick to respond to my check-in questions! No major complaints, and would definitely stay here again :-)

Cons: very old home that shows its age and has mold in bathroom grout (shower), toilet does not refill the tank after each flush and has to manually be rest, bathroom is very tiny, guest bathroom (by kids room) has a very squeaky bed, A/Cs units in rooms are loud and disrupt sleep, located near the airport and airplanes take off daily around 3:00 am - 6:00 am, master bedroom has 2 exterior doors and sheer curtains making it hard to sleep, master bedroom window behind bed does not have blinds on all windows, not very private, kitchen is older, cleaning crew is not properly cleaning all areas (toaster oven, coffee maker, vents, couch area)

The location is perfect for events at the Expo Center and is also conveniently located across the street from Aldi and McDonalds and Taco Bell. Quaint, old fashion charm
I stayed here with two of my daughters for a volleyball tournament so we didn’t get to spend much time in the house, but it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it is incredibly close to the Expo center! The washer/dryer was very handy! We brought detergent/soaps, but the house also provided dish washer/washing machine detergent, paper towels, trash bags etc. Very quiet neighborhood with a lovely coffee shop close by and some delicious restaurants! My girls loved the chalkboard room too :-)

Great place, great host. Easy keyless entry, clean beds & linens, and plenty of space both inside and out to sprawl. The kitchen had all the amenities of home including use of laundry. Would stay again if out this way with a group.
