Nestled in Concord, this charming house for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Unique home located in Concord, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom. Master Suite is located on first floor with large bathroom and walk-in closet. Second Master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans in each room. Additional Loft Bedroom with 2 twin beds on second floor ideal for children. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and serving with a bar and 4 barstools. Dining area / Great Room, has fireplace and TV, as well as access to outside patio area and gas grill. Sits on an acre and a half and is very private. Suited for 4 adults/2 children. All furnishings and decor are in 'Tommy Bahama' theme, from the large palm tree in front of the house to the smallest detail inside. It is a beautiful vacation retreat, and is nestled in tree filled area with large grassed field in front of home for volleyball, games, etc. Non-smoking property. The home was absolutely lovely. Carol met us when we checked in, and could not have been nicer. The house was well equipped, and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. Neighbood was safe, and there was a large yard. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to the area

The house is everything they say it is and more great little get away house large rooms plenty of space nice kitchen amazing patio tucked away down a small road a lot of privacy very quiet. We will definitely be back next time we are in North Carolina. I can not thank our host enough the house was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect it is super close to everything great wolf lodge all of the Charlotte motor Speedway tracks. The mall was right around the corner and there was numerous restaurants to choose from, Publix was just a mile and a 1/2 down the road.

Great weekend in Concord!

This property was perfectly located in proximity to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, which was our primary destination for the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. Everything in the house was exactly as described and pictured. Carol was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival and made check-in very easy. The property was clean, quiet, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and had everything we needed throughout our stay. It was perfect for our family trip!

Our experience with this house was top notch right from the beginning. The owner was very helpful and responsive to booking questions, easy to contact throughout our trip, and the property was exactly as listed. We stayed for a long weekend for adventure at the USNWC, and local beer and BBQ. This house was located close to all of those things, was clean and comfortable, and the price was right. Would highly recommend this property to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This house is just as the listing states and more: great location very close to Concord Mills, Charlotte Motor Speedway and a quick drive to Uptown, and the house has thick, beautiful woods on two sides and is well furnished with all the comforts of home. This house has plenty of space, and the hosts go above and beyond with soft bedding and plenty of towels in each room. We found everything we needed for a wonderful weekend, and we would definitely stay here again on future visits to the Charlotte area!

This is a very nice house that was fully stocked with necessities and in a great location, near many shops, restaurants, and main roads. The house is in a neighborhood yet offers a lot of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

This beautiful home was located in a quiet secluded area. There was a great yard for throwing a football and a nice patio with working grill. It was centrally located with great restaurants and many different activities nearby. The home could have been cleaner but overall it was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.

This property was conveniently located. We went to Lake Norman on our stay here as well as Charlotte. We had a wonderful time with family and a great Father’s Day weekend! The host made us feel very welcomed and was very accommodating.
