A block's walk away from the Incline Railway, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for anyone looking to explore our gorgeous city. We're always on call to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our daughter-in-law, Erin, also helps us co-host, so you'll likely be in contact with her throughout your planning and stay. The oldest and most historic district in Chattanooga, St. Elmo has a lot to offer. There are several activities and highlights to explore both on Lookout Mountain and in downtown Chattanooga. Explore Point Park, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, River Walk, the Chattanooga Lookouts (for baseball fans), and so much more. There is also a Food City grocery store within walking distance from the house. The Virginia Avenue Greenway pedestrian and bike lane is nearby, and connects St. Elmo to downtown. There is also a Carta bus (#15) that runs from St. Elmo Ave to Broad Street in downtown Chattanooga. It runs Monday through Saturday. All Pricing Includes applicable TN Sales and Gross Receipts Taxes.

The property is situated in a mixed commercial, residential, and industrial area. The house is nestled adjacent to a yard for a factory, to the rear of a business, and with other residences. The street is quiet and did not have much traffic. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles on the adjacent pads. Inside of the home was neat and well-kept. All of the amenities you could need were included. There was a spacious kitchen and living area, a primary bedroom with onsuite bathroom, and two guest rooms with another full bath. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. There was a short walk to a brewery, several restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store was not far away. The house was located far enough outside of Chattanooga to avoid major congestions and traffic, but close enough that you could go into downtown and enjoy all the city had to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Chattanooga without the hassle of booking a hotel downtown.

We had a great stay in Chattanooga! The house was perfect for our group of 4. Close to all the tourist attractions. Several cute restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. We especially loved the cat cafe nearby! The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would make a note of is that the listing said there were 4 bathrooms - but in actuality, there were only 2. Not a big deal, but was a bit of a surprise. The house is adorable!

Great location for easy access to local activities. Quite neighborhood, good restaurants within walking distance. Property was clean and rooms are spacious. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Wish there was a grill available.

Perfect 3 bedroom/2 bath house in great location. The beds were comfortable and the living space inviting. Just fyi...it is located directly next to a commercial plant but that in no way affected our stay there. Walking distance to the incline, coffee shop, brewery and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there. The host was nice and responsive and check in and out process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

If you're looking for a great place to stay while visiting Chattanooga this is it. Super clean and very comfortable. It's within minutes of everything. St. Elmo area is also a great little area that is going through a huge revitalization so lots to see and do just a couple blocks from the house. Would stay again for sure.

Very clean house for our stay, close to shops, quiet location. Taken one star off due to the noise from the chemical factory, which is close to the house, in the early hours of the morning. The house served our purpose of attending a wedding.

This is a perfect location to stay in Chattanooga. Walking distance to the Incline and restaurants. Quick drive down Broad St. to downtown. Tucked away in an industrial area, makes it super quiet at night. Plenty of room for everyone. Plan on staying here every time we come to visit friends.

I don’t think we have ever stayed somewhere so inspiring and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect for our short stay and I would revisit Chattanooga just to stay here again. It was the kind of place that made us want to redecorate our home. Every detail was incredible, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen was exquisite, the living spaces were so charming. We would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a convenient place to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was comfortable and accommodating for everyone. The front porch was pleasant. However the location isn’t the greatest. The neighborhood is close to amenities but not particularly good for an evening stroll. Also the industrial area next door was loud at times.

Location was central to all the must-see/must- dos in Chattanooga. The Cat Cafe is within walking distance and was a wonderful! The loading dock across the street ran from 5am-8pm so there was quite a bit of noise. We just put on our white noise app and ear plugs and it was fine. House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I planned a vacation in the Chattanooga area that included our son, daughter inlaw and two granddaughters. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of this vacation home. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the wrap around porch with the swing, The house was centrally located to all the activities which we had planned and within walking distance of some great restaurants. We will definitly make this our first choice when planning our next Chattanooga vacation.

We didn’t cook but home had very nice supplies. Some extra things that most places don’t supply. Home was big and comfortable and very clean. Parking was kind of awkward because we had a big SUV. Also this is only a two bathroom home not four bathrooms as listed. Nice location. Ate at 1885 and Tap House restaurant. Both delicious and only couple blocks away. Also the grandkids had ice cream every night at klumpies. Klumpies and incline ride only couple block walk. Everyone super nice and would definitely stay again. Also a great front porch. We sat out every night.
