Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet. Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna. We loved this location! Central to so many things within walking distance. Safe secure parking was very convenient, we were able to park our car in the garage and not worry. The space is a decent size and very clean. Didn’t love coordinating to meet someone to get checked in but it was a relatively quick process.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. The location was wonderful and very quiet.
Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fabulous base to explore the city and beyond.
It was also very handy having the carpark for our car.
Communication was easy and would highly recommend

This was a splurge for us and worth every dollar! My mom, husband and I enjoyed a few days in Seattle for an event at the Space Needle. PERFECT location for walking to everything amazing in Seattle! We were very comfortable in the condo, on the rooftop deck and fixing meals in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

The property is nice and conveniently located near Plikes Market and the Space needle as well as close to many fabulous restaurants. We did enjoy a brief swim and sauna on our last night. An added bonus. The bed is comfortable and the condo has all we needed. Loved having secure parking , as well as that was one less thing to be concerned with. This is a great location and easy walk to most places. Even Lumen stadium was only 1/2 hour walk or a quick ride on a scooter which are super handy if you want to get around easily. The bakery next door is fabulous! Definitely recommend checking it out. We would definitely stay here again. A lovely Seattle getaway .

Well-located small condo. On the courtyard side of the block, so less street noise 🙂. Main bed and sofa bed both surprisingly comfortable. Sofa bed easier to operate than many alternatives. Thank you for hosting. Would stay again if passing through Seattle.

I can't say enough about this VRBO. The home was clean and well stocked with basic needs. The building felt safe. The front door and elevators required a fob to enter. Even the free parking garage is locked. The area around the condo was also great with a bakery and corner store just steps away. We were able to walk to both the space needle and Pike market. Uber service was quick for further locations. I would stay here again if in Seattle. The host was also awesome letting us drop our luggage early as we arrived from a cruise ship early on our check in day. Thank you again for that.

Communication was great and Eric was on top of everything to take care of any issues. The location is perfect to easily walk to Pikes market and piers.
Many great restaurants around the block nearby. Macrina bakery next door is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool and sunset on the rooftop patio area. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the area and liked the secure building. We highly recommend this place. We completely enjoyed our Seattle experience staying here.

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 busy days of sight seeing in Seattle. The apartment is very well appointed with easy walking distance to most every main attraction you'd want to visit. Communication with owners was efficient and helpful. Eric met us to check us in and acquaint us with the building/apartment and was lovely. The condo is clean and modern with all the amenities you'd want with some thoughtful additions like Keurig pods, laundry pods, z-lock bags and Q-tips (which we were pleasantly surprised to find provided). Master bed was very comfortable and young kids were fine on the pull-out couch. There's a well stocked convenient store on the corner and plenty of restaurants in the area. Eric shared his favorite sushi spot (Japonessa) which we tried our first day and loved. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit Seattle!

The downside - you do need to time your arrival with a human per condo rules which I was aware of and understand (this person was incredibly nice and helpful). Working on this timeline can be a little complicated when you’re driving and visiting family, but we managed it. Unfortunately, when we arrived (nearly two hours after check-in time) we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned because the cleaners had a flat tire. I get that life happens, but was disappointed that while we were expected to communicate about our arrival time, we were not given the same courtesy of communication about the room’s condition before our arrival. It took about 45-50 minutes to clean it. We were refunded $50 (1/2 cleaning fee) for this inconvenience. The second issue was internet connection. It often didn’t work at all. I did contact the host who was quick to get back to me and was told to unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Ultimately, we found this would work for about an hour and then would need to be done again.

This was our first VRBO stay and we are so happy that we made the choice to try it. We stayed two nights and were able to easily access much of what Seattle has to offer. We felt safe to walk and it was easy to get to the train. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Extremely pleased with the condo's location and the free/secure parking. Walking distance to all the sites; only a 20 min walk to Lumen field as an alternative to the light rail. The couch bed was very comfortable; not at all like so many other pull-out couches. Amenities provided were perfect. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Seattle.

The location is amazing. Pike place is walking distance, space needle is walking distance and lots of places to eat. I highly recommend booking this place before someone else does. It was clean and the check in process was very smooth. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The shower has very very good water pressure. My daughter slept on the sleeper sofa and it was so comfortable. I would book this location again. Kristin and Ron where very easy to communicate with.

It was a Great Short few days Stay. The condo was homie and exactly how its presented online. The Location was perfect. It has Great restaurants, great surrounding tourist attractions. Just downstairs there is an amazing Delicous Coffee Shop. The Building is safe and has security walk-through and around the area. There is also a Great convenient store steps away. The Neighborhood like any other major city have a few unpleasant characters. Be mindful of your surroundings. I'd definitely stay there again!

Coming into a large downtown area from small town USA, I'm sure many would love the location. The building was secure and we did feel safe inside. With our walking time to the Market place, there were several homeless laying in the sidewalks and people asking for money. Made me feel nervous as it's not like this near our home. Many rules, but nothing that wasn't reasonable. There were kids in the condo area and they were running through the halls. Never got to the pool or hot tub as it was always full. Think a great place for younger tourists.

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Check-in was great and it was nice to be greeted by someone who walked us through everything. The building and apartment were very clean and well appointed, with good security protocols. The apartment was tight on space and sleeping arrangements for our group (2 adults, 7 year old and 4 year old). My wife and kids squeezed into the double bed, and I had to use the sofa bed (which was comfortable enough for sofa bed standards). The apartment may be better suited for 2 adults. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of great restaurants and coffee spots within walking distance. The host was responsive and pleasant.
