About this house rental
Located in Orlando, this lovely house for $169 per night is a great choice for your next break. Tropical Paradise is everything you want in a vacation rental. This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise. Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout. The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience. The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space. The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Tropical Paradise to sleep up to 10 guests. Also an attached one-car garage included and located next to extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles. Enjoy your Orlando vacation experience like never before at Tropical Paradise! Townhouse is walking distance to the resort clubhouse and all amenities. Onsite property management company and immediate response from owner via email or phone. Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

The property was clean and inviting. Location was ideal for us as right by convention center. Our stay got off to a rough start as the property manager sent check in information to an email address that didn’t exist and then wouldn’t answer phone calls or texts. VRBO customer service couldn’t get her to answer either. Went to the Vista Cay administrative office and a very helpful gentleman gave us the property owner 800 number and they were able to help.

This was our first VRBO experience and it couldn’t have been better. Clean. Easy to get to, comfortable, nice pool area….worked great for our family of 5.

We absolutely loved this place! The only downfall for us was that it took 24 hours for them to let us know that the wifi log in information was incorrect. Otherwise, the place was clean and everything was as it was advertised. Well done!

This property is located in Orlando and conveniently close to everything. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and parks to enjoy. Resort is awesome also, no need to go anywhere with a pool, arcade tiki with drinks alcohol, nonalcoholic and snacks. A fitness room and mini shop for items

Highly recommend this house. The house was super clean, very well maintained and everything you will need for a home away from home. Communication with Pam was excellent. Location is fabulous for both Universal and Disney parks, I Drive and outlet malls. The resort itself is very well maintained. The pool is very clean, with plenty of sun loungers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

Property is in a great location. Pictures do need updated as there isn't carpet in the rooms like the pictures show. Any issues we had we contacted the property management company and they were taken care of. The gym and pool were utilized every day. Would stay again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to lots of shopping and attractions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location close to everything
We stayed at this townhouse this past weekend. They had it well stocked in terms of cookware and some things to get us started. It is close to everything including shopping and Universal Studios. The downstairs has one Master Bedroom Suites with Bath and Laundry. The 2nd floor has the living room, dining and kitchen and the 3rd floor had the other two bedrooms, one being a second Master.

We loved our stay at this property. The floorplan was a selling point for us. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all the homey items you need when away.. There is even a crockpot and storage containers. We will definitely rent again!

Overall this was a good rental. It could have been a little more clean. Carpet could use a good cleaning. There was a few items that could have made it better but definitely didn’t break it. Tupperware for leftovers would be handy as there was only 1 big bowl with a lid. There were no dish rags or hand towels for the kitchen. We enjoyed the roominess of the unit with 4 adult children there was plenty of room! Would recommend!

I loved that two of the bedrooms had king size beds and their own bathroom. One bedroom on bottom floor and two bedrooms on top floor- one king and the other has 2 full size beds. Middle floor of unit is the living area and kitchen. This was a great set up for privacy. Great for two adult couples. The unit could have been cleaned better. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. The bathtubs were not very clean. We really didn’t notice this until we got back late from the park the first day. So I just cleaned the bathtub and changed the sheets.But the unit was very comfortable and there’s plenty of room to spread out. TVs in every room. WiFi works great. Beds are comfy.It was a 5-min easy walk to the heated pool and giant hot tub. Bring a pool noodle or float. The pool is awesome. There were plenty of pool towels in the condo.The weather was perfect and we used the pool every day.Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen. However, the owner said there was a Keurig, but there was a regular coffee maker. Just a note for people coming that you need to bring regular coffee.The corner unit is very quiet. Nice tub in upstairs master bedroom.There’s a Walgreens and a Publix close by. This condo is only about 3 miles from Universal Studios and City Walk. It is a straight shot down Universal Boulevard. We went to the parks every day! It was a very nice and safe place!
