First off it was very nice looking and clean it was kinda on the luxurious side it was like 8 mins from universal studios which I loved it really helped out when getting back at 3am from halloween horror nights and everything was pretty much in walking distance most of the restaurants and convenience stores we definitely will be coming back around the same time next year!
Well to start there was no luggage carts any where I asked a worker if they had any and he couldn't speak English so he went and got another worker and he had a attitude and said no which not a big deal just sucked I had to carry everything one by one but I handle it,
Second for the past 3 years me and my wife stayed at best western orlando gateway hotel which is a universal partner resort like Vista clams to be well because the whole family decided to go together this year and want to stay together we got this place and we loved it but I just wish they would have had the little coupon book like best western orlando gateway has to get discounts on the restaurants that's in the area and some of the local attractions it really helps out with budgeting and you would think vista would have them since they clam to be in partnership with universal, if you go to the front desk but it's ok just hopefully they change that, and third the tvs had no cable only streaming which I did like but what I didn't like is that none of the accounts on any of the streaming apps worked I guess they want you to use your own account but I didn't feel comfortable doing that you would think for the price I paid they would have dedicated accounts for each streaming service that was installed on the tvs so we pretty much went without TV the whole week
And last thing is the wood spoons in the drawer had mold growing on it
