Come and experience the Ocean Breeze Residence - a luxurious condo in the heart of Grace Bay located in the beautiful gardens of The Somerset Resort. The unit also has a queen sofa bed in the living room to accommodate an extra guest (max of 5 guests). Please note: this unit does not have a sea view. Sea view units you can book directly with our resort. We strongly recommend to all of potential renters to take out the travel insurance to protect their stay in case of the unexpected. Ocean Breeze Residence is a Non-Smoking split level condo on the ground floor of the Somerset Resort. The unit has a master suite with a king bed and en suite bath. Second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom on the upper level. The rooms are open and airy each with their own air conditioning to satisfy individual needs. This Caribbean condo equally suitable for a romantic / Honeymoon getaway as it is for families or friends looking to wind down or create their own adventures. Available to our guest are: FREE WIFI INTERNET FREE PARKING Central location on Grace Bay, close to everything! We had a wonderful stay. The property, location, staff, all were great! The unit is in a great location and convenient to everything at the resort as well as the "Grace Bay" downtown area. The property is unique in that it's not a resort, it's not a time share, it's the best of both. It was very quiet and the staff on site were very friendly. The unit is perfect for a family of 4 with the downstairs bedroom for our two young teens and the upstairs master for us. There is beach and pool side service with lounges and towels provided. The property also offers a gym and spa. Would definitely recommend this villa and property.

Very nice spot on Grace Bay with plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. Very friendly staff at resort. Great place as accurately described. Host was very available and friendly. My wife and I are already thinking about coming back in the future.

Had some issues with Wifi and they were immediately fixed. The beach and pool were beautiful. There was no race to get chairs and there was kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and small sailboats available for use. It is on a beautiful beach!

The unit was clean, comfortable, convenient to town, great property, friendly staff and Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive! We will definitely stay with him again! You will be happy to stay there too!

Beautiful Beach Getaway
Mark could not have been more responsive & attentive prior to and during our stay. Beautiful unit and property as a whole. Walkable to several restaurants and downtown Grace Bay.

Fantastic Stay!
Stayed one glorious week at this property- a family of four with 2 teens and plenty of room for all. Very clean condo with everything you could possibly need, beach & water are beyond gorgeous, perfectly located for biking or walking most anywhere in Grace Bay, Kiki was excellent helping with island recommendations, would definitely stay again and recommend! Thank you!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! The property was clean, perfectly located, stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation, AND has the best property managers. I have already recommended this property to many friends. Mark and Kiki were incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. Because they live on the island, they were able to recommend the best locations for food, grocery store, etc. Turks is truly paradise, but staying in this property takes all the guess work out of making sure you can truly relax in paradise. Thank you, Mark and Kiki, for your hospitality.

Amazing getaway
Our first trip to Turks & Caicos could not have been made any better than our beautiful resting spot at Mark and Kiki’s place. The home was perfect for the two of us and would have easily accommodated two kiddos in the second bedroom. We were removed from any “noise” at the pool if there has been any, but just a few steps to it and the beach so it was perfect. All of their recommendations were great as well for excursions and dining. We walked or rode bikes into the nearby shopping area, and took a taxi when needed - no rental car needed! We hope to be back soon and would love to return to this home. Thanks for hosting us!!

This residence at The Somerset was exactly what we wanted for our Turks and Caicos vacation. We loved having the two bed-two bath, full kitchen, privately-owned unit for our family all while having full access to the resort amenities. The garden setting is super pretty, quiet, and just a minutes walk to the pool and beach. The condo is spacious, wonderfully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. Beyond the unit itself, Mark and Kiki are incredibly responsive hosts. From early booking to our stay on the island, they provided important and thoughtful information. Whenever we reached out to them, they responded immediately. We had a particular complication with our travel and Mark helped out tremendously. He went above and beyond in his efforts to assist us. We give this residence at the Somerset and Mark & Kiki our highest recommendation.

This residence at The Somerset was exactly what we wanted for our Turks and Caicos vacation. We loved having the two bed-two bath, full kitchen, privately-owned unit for our family all while having full access to the resort amenities. We had an amazing time at this property - well situated on Grace Bay. Perfect distance to several incredible restaurants. Resort is small, extremely well kept. The villa is beautiful, clean and well-supplied. Would definitely return!

Our family of four (two adult children) had an amazing time in this condo. We prefer low-key resorts (vs the "all-inclusives" or large resorts with lots of people) so this was perfect for us. Hosts were fantastic communicators before and during our trip. The unit was clean and well-appointed and the kitchen was a huge plus for us and was also well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are well-separated. I would have like the layout better if the second bathroom was on a different level (both bathrooms are on same level as the master bedroom) but it was totally fine as it is nice to even have two bathrooms! The beach and pool were beautiful and the staff was some of the nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered - and we travel frequently for what that's worth. This accommodation enabled us to stay in Turks & Caicos for less than renting two hotel rooms, but the trip itself was incredibly expensive. Not sure we will ever splurge this much again but if we can we will go back to T&C and stay here!

The location on Grace Bay offers a spectacular beach. The resort is clean, well maintained, and well staffed. It's also nice and close to Caicos Dream Tours if you like activities. Hosts are excellent to deal with and are on Island which is nice to know.

Wonderful Experience - Owners Went Above and Beyond
I can't say enough good things about how great Mark & Kiki (Owners) were both in advance of & during our stay! They gave us great guidance and answered all our questions in advance. When we arrived, Mark personally checked us in, showed us around the place and then took my wife to the store so she could stock up. During our stay all of our questions were quickly answered via WhatsApp. The place itself is gorgeous, large and clean. I highly recommend renting this place (if you can get it)...you won't be disappointed!

We were a family with 3 teen daughters, and the multi-level condo provided space for everyone. Location was perfect! Walking distance or easy drive to dinner each night. Beach was beatutiful at resort. Communication with Kiki prior to arrival was helpful, and Mark was top notch! He was waiting for us upon arrival, helped us get settled and gave great recommendations all week. Snorkel gear was a bonus to use at the reefs off the beach. We will be back!

Paradise!
Our stay at the Somerset was fantastic! We loved our condo, it was even better than the pictures, very clean & very well stocked with all kinds of necessities. And The Somerset is absolutely beautiful, - pool, beach, etc. We plan on returning next year & would love to stay in this condo again !! Great family vacation!!

Perfect Location
This condo sits on Grace Bay and is in easy walking distance to the village and several excellent restaurants. The resort where the condo is located is beautiful and right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The staff at the pool, beach and restaurants treat you like a V.I.P.
Although this condo does not have a beach view, the garden area is lovely and the beach is a short walk through the resort passageway. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and beach “toys” for your use. The owners are very responsive-actually the best we’ve ever experienced! The concierge service will do grocery shopping for you (for a small fee), book excursions and restaurant reservations if you are interested.
We will definitely return to Provo and this beautiful place!

Great Island Getaway
Beautiful, comfortable condo unit is part of Somerset Resort right on Grace Bay beach. Quick walk through the grounds to the beach, not overly crowded at all. 15-20 minute walk to town and great restaurants; 25-30 minute walk along the beach to Bight Reef and family-friendly snorkeling. Communication leading up to and during our trip was top notch; Quick response to any questions/needs we had. Resort staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you pay attention to the additional fees when finalizing the reservation, at it does bump it up a bit from the stated initial listing price. But a wonderful place for a relaxing island vacation!

Condo was clean, beautiful and convenient. Owner and property manager were responsive and efficient. The Somerset Resort is a gorgeous property and convenient to stores and restaurants. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Family Anniversary Vacation
Everything about our stay was perfect. This is our fifth trip to Providenciales and our first VRBO! The place was very clean, easy check in process, and the Somerset is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested. Perfect for a family of four!

Condo was perfect. Great size for our group. Turks has one of best beaches in the world. And pool to swim at night was great. Concierge team was great. Highly recommend renting this property. Mark Francis & his staff were wonderful.
