About this house rental
Nestled in Caguas, this lovely house for $63 per night is a great option for your next break. First floor, enter right from the street, whole house for you only. NOTHING TO SHARE Kitchen and bath almost new. In the Northeast center/metropolitan life without the hustle of San Juan. Our home is walking distance to malls as well of the city’s center, museums, downtown and nightlife. All kind of restaurants and fast foods around us...For example, Freshmart whole food, Chinese restaurant, Mario’s pizza, Bakery-Deli-lunch rest. and a Subway rest. only minutes walking in good neighborhood. Public transportation, two blocks away which gets you to the main bus terminal to other cities also. Including metropolitan area and hotels in San Juan, our capital. We are a 25 minutes ride to beaches in the East and 30 minutes ride to the ones in the North. We have in Caguas, The Sheraton Four Points Hotel and Casino with music for dancing on weekends. Safe, good ambiance. Jardín Botánico ) Botanical Garden and several free museums. Municipal free trolley inside the city and near surroundings stops at a 3 minute walk stop.

We had a great stay overall … Agnes was a wonderful host and very responsive… It was a good location, close to all, restaurants, shopping, mall etc.
The street parking was safe and convenient…
There were no issues during our stay!
The house is comfortable for two people… We enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind staying there again..

I rented this place for my mom and she loves it, the owners of the house were very deligent, very welcoming and my mom defenetly will be back. I think this is going to be her vacation home every time she goes to PR.

First time VRBO user and was delighted with our choice. Other reviews led us to pick Agnes place in Caguas. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the unit, clean spacious and homey feeling. Agnes left snacks and beverages in the fridge for us to enjoy.
Agnes was very responsive to my email with questions.
During our stay we felt safe, the community was quiet, and for people who read into violence please do not think this is happening just here in Puerto Rico, pick up the local paper from where your from and you might be surprised. I wrote this review after being all around the island and never encountered any trouble, being a borinqueño from the states I find my people friendly, helpful and overwhelmed how much they want you to feel confortable in their surroundings.
I really recommend Agnes place which is centrally located, where if you do as I do, you can hit the eastern side of the island and move on.
Enjoy Puerto Rico, be happy because the people surely are‼️🇵🇷

Agnes is top tier. Communicates effectively. The house was nice and neat! The house was decorated as requested. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We had no problems at all. I would definitely rent this property again.

This home is excellent. It is clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days. This home is in the city, but within a quiet neighborhood. Its far away from the touristy area and yet extremely cloes to san juan which is very touristy. You are also close to many hiking trails as well. This neigborhood is very quiet and peaceful. You will hear an occasional dog bark, but mostly the coquio frogs chirp through the night. For me, it was like listening to music. There is alot of amenities.
There is a microwave and a refridgerator. Fresh milk, fresh ham, fresh cheese, fresh cereals and cookies, fresh ground coffee, and caprisuns. Shower has hot water and is clean. Many towels, extra TP. Soap. Shampoo. Conditioner. Room is cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable and makes no noise. Hardish medium maybe? Very comfey and many pillows too. Lamp. TV with netflix. WIFI. Clean living room. I didnt spend much time there but it was very clean. Kitchen table was clean and also very big. Thank you for my stay. I enjoyed my time and i still miss being in PR. But, ill be back one day. Thank you for everything. Also, walmart is near by

The house was perfect and in a great location. It is clean, organized and loved the extra amenities that make you feel more at home. Agnes was very helpful when we asked questions and very understanding to our situation we had. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Most beautiful quiet place

Great place quiet neighborhood
The owner was wonderful about making sure id make it to the property without getting lost, Had everything needed in the house for my stay, even had beach stuff to use in an unexpected trip to the beach. Looking forward to my next trip.!! THANK YOU ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was nice for the price, what we didn't like was all the little hand written notes all over the property, don't do this don't do that. We were only there basically to shower and sleep. At least twice the owner came in when we weren't there. I texted her twice the morning of our departure for her to check the premises and to say good-by, but she didn't answer. I was a little disappointed, next time I'd rather the owner didn't live right on premises. I left the place spotless.

This place was perfect, clean, private in-law apt.
The place is clean and there are toiletries and a full well stocked kitchen. It was perfect for us (a couple). We had a car so getting around to restaurants was no issue but it isn't walking distance to many of the necessities. Overall the owner was welcoming and thoughtful, she even left me some aloe for my sunburn.
