Dillon Bay Condo is a fully remodeled, top floor 2 bedroom condo with direct and unobstructed views of Lake Dillon, Buffalo and Red Mountains and the Ten Mile Range. Located in Dillon and just a short 10 minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort in Corinthian Hill. This condo has vaulted ceilings, clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tubs, and unbeatable views from the living room, kitchen and deck. Dillon Bay has a large open living space with spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and all cooking utensils, appliances and place setting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating up to 6 people, there is a counter bar in the kitchen with additional seating for 2 people, plus 2 folding chairs for dining up to 10 people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with a gas fireplace, HDTV, Sony DVD player, and direct lake views. The primary bedroom has a King size bed with a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a Queen size bed with Tempurpedic memory foam mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2. The condo has a washer dryer in the unit. The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people, a gas grill, and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. Guests have access to the Corinthian neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, and indoor hot tub, lounge and picnic area. There is free wifi, cable TV, board games, and a pack n play crib. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop. Sleeping Arrangements are as follows: Primary: King, private bathroom 2nd: Queen, bath in hall Pack n play crib Sleeper sofa in Living Room This condominium complex is non-smoking including all outdoor areas. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance. This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. I just stayed in this wonderful, incredibly clean property for 2 weeks. The 10 mi mountain view is breathtaking and simply beautiful! Yes, there is road noise however the view far over rules that situation. The property had everything needed for cooking meals, relaxing, along with HDTV, gas fireplace (with a flip of a button) for warmth & ambience as well. I was lucky enough to see the first snowfall of this season. I will certainly be booking this property again. One of the best I've visited with VRBO. Well done property owners and everyone who takes care of this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was spacious with nice appliances. The bed were very comfortable. The views from the living/dining areas were amazing in the winter! Having a garage was nice in the winter as well. It was great being just off the main road and having quick access to everything. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed at this property for two nights to ski A Basin before driving to vail- condo was clean, well stocked with essentials, and has a breathtaking view of the lake! I had been slightly concerned about proximity to highway but there was zero noise and the deck felt very private

We stayed here after driving up from Dallas. Pleasantly surprised to see how perfect (and affordable) this property was when we arrived. Parking and check-in was as easy as possible. Very impressed with the location and quality of the property. Everything was clean, adequately stocked, and had a great patio view of Lake Dillon. The propane grill even fired up on the first try! Highly recommend.

Great location and comfy condo for a perfect getaway. The condo was well appointed, spacious , clean and located close to countless outdoor activities. The view from the balcony was beautiful, with Dillon Reservoir and the mountains almost within arm's reach. After a long day of snowshoeing, we enjoyed a cozy evening in front of the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed, and we all especially enjoyed the amazing and roomy showers. We would definitely stay there again!

So sooooo enjoyed this place. Yes there is a bit of car noise but it was cold so it's not like we were going to have the doors open. Bedrooms are in the back. We had a couple of issues but but property management company was very assessable. Coffee pot was small. Bigger coffee pot would be nice. The owner has thought of eveything. I would love to stay here again! This stressed out teacher was very relaxed. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was well-stocked with items to cook, views from living/dining room that overlook lake and snowy mountains were incredible, and bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.
