About this villa rental
Situated in La Romana, this lovely villa for $2,100 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Villa de los Sueños is a beautifully landscaped and gated estate located in the prestigious Punta Aguila neighborhood of Casa de Campo on the south shore of the Dominican Republic. The Villa sits on the 11th hole of Teeth of the Dog, the world-famous professional golf course of Casa de Campo, a 100 yards from the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, and a short golf cart ride away from all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach and its oceanfront pools, the Resort Hotel, all sporting facilities, Marina shops, and the stylish village of Altos de Chavon. You enter the Moroccan villa through 10-foot arched doors into a double-height foyer and living room with a large front terrace suitable for entertaining or for playing table tennis. Walk out into a Marrakesh-styled courtyard that opens to a free-form infinity pool with a large heated island Jacuzzi and peninsula gazebo. Guests can choose from six bedroom suites with en-suite baths, all of which have either a Jacuzzi tub or open-air shower as well as a smart TV for private viewing of entertainment options. Adjoining the living area is a cozy projection media room and next to it a private gym. Looking out over the first floor is a floating mezzanine terrace with a billiard table and LED TV. The main kitchen comes fully equipped with Viking appliances and two pantries, all of which service the private dining room. Behind it lies a separate service kitchen and laundry area that Villa staff also use to prepare meals. Villa de los Sueños is decorated throughout with solid mahogany wood, as well as porcelain, coral and brick finishes, Moroccan lamps, chandeliers, and luxurious furnishings. All bedroom suites as well as the kitchen, dining room, media room, and gym are air-conditioned. The Villa comes fully-staffed with a chef, waiter, and housekeepers. Guests also have access to two electric golf carts suitable for going to the beach and roaming around Casa de Campo. CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEES The villa rental does not include Casa de Campo’s resort fees. The Resort Fee gives guests access to all of the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo, including three Pete Dye designed golf courses, Minitas Beach and its pools, the tennis courts, the marina, restaurants & bars, the Hotel pool and fitness center, and the historic resort village of Altos de Chavon. Note that most of the sports activities and facilities also charge their own usage fees, and some facilities may have restricted access for private events, maintenance, etc. The resort fee does not provide access to La Romana Country Club, a separate private, members-only clubhouse and golf course inside Casa de Campo. Casa de Campo’s resort fees are as follows: - Adults over 12: US$ 25 nightly per person - Children 4-12: US$ 12 nightly per person - Children under 4 years old: Complimentary.

The staff was terrific and the house was comprehensive, well maintained, and the pool was really nice. One of the golf carts needed some TLC so we were glad to have rented a 3rd cart. The listing should mention the pet monkey in the cage by the pool, he seemed happy and super cute though.

WOW! Is all I can say about our amazing weekend at Villa de los Suenos. The villa is even more spectacular than in pictures, words cannot do it justice. It felt like we had our own hotel resort - gorgeous & massive pool, unique, large & clean rooms - stunning views and THE BEST staff. We had a group of 11 girls for my bachelorette and it was the greatest experience we could have asked for. Upon arrival we were greeted by Menin & Walkiria with pina coladas and given a tour along with overview of the resort. From the moment we entered we were treated like family & celebrities in one - Menin made spectacular drinks and the staff made every meal delicious and special. We could not have asked for more. The golf carts were a great way to get around and the staff was impeccable. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks for an unreal weekend!

I have traveled all over the world and this house might just be the nicest house I have ever stayed in for vacation! Wow, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. We had 15 people in our group- 8 adults and 7 kids (ages 10-4) and the house was perfect for our group. Every bedroom is large to XL- beds were super comfortable.
The layout of the house was excellent for our large group- we really enjoyed all the different sitting areas, the ping pong table, pool table room, and the movie room with a projector.
The outside living area and the pool area were by far the best I have ever seen. The kids were in the pool and jacuzzi atleast 4 hours everyday. The pool has a really cool bridge leading to the hot tub- AMAZING! We loved all the coconut trees around the pool that provided shade and the numerous waterfalls around the pool that provided that relaxing experience. The pool cabana was top notch- excellent furniture to lounge in everywhere and the view of the golf course on hole #11 of Teeth of the Dog was beautiful. We also really enjoyed feeding and watching Coconut the Monkey at the property.
The Staff.....wow!!!! Amazing. They felt like family- we can't say enough nice things about Memin. He made our vacation extra special with how accommodating he was the entire time- we loved him! Every single cocktail we asked Memin to make was out of this world! He is an extremely skilled bartender- we had daquiri's, Pina coladas, Moscow mules, etc. A++ for the Chef!!

Our family, ranging in age from 12 to 80, had a wonderful experience at the villa. The property manager worked with us on so many things, including a menu that teenagers as well as older adults loved. The chef was fabulous and Memin took care of all of our wishes--the entire staff was fantastic! We could not have had a better experience. Thanks to all!

Our recent stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, every aspect of our experience surpassed my expectations. The location, staff, and eclectic decor truly made the villa a memorable one. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a more impressive villa anywhere in the world!
Every morning I walked out to the pool (which was stunning in itself) and could choose from various seating areas before I was greeted by Memin who was truly the gem of this villa! He always came over with a smile and offered me tea or coffee while I relaxed by the pool and watched the golfers pass by before our amazing chef made us breakfast! every meal our chef made was amazing (and usually better than any restaurant we ate at.) one night she even surprised with a home made ice cream cake for dessert that was unbelievable! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure anything we needed was available throughout our stay. We were 12 adults who came for a wedding and we fit perfectly in the villa! Between Memin’s home made piña coladas by the pool, golf carting around the resort, enjoying the hot tub and watching the stars every night, playing music on the amazing sound system and dancing around the villa - we had an absolutely incredible time.
The worst part was leaving! Truly I hope we can come back soon!

We travel a great deal on golf vacations. This was the absolute BEST we have experienced. The house was GORGEOUS and the staff was even better. The butler was incredible, polished and the chef was exceptionally talented and creative. The house was immaculate! and the amenities where more than we would have hoped for. Our family had a great time at this beautiful, tropical villa! All the staff was amazing and all the food was delicious!! Location was great and was just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach. We had family members of all ages ( infant to grandparents) and the villa was great for all! Lots of great memories were made!

My daughter was getting married in Casa de Campo so we were looking for a home for family and friends to stay with us. The home has a wonderful out door living experience with air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. All rooms are generously sized with on suite bathrooms. Pool area is amazing with hot tub. Layout of the villa allows for togetherness as well as private areas. Staff is exemplary and professional. Chef prepares delicious meals each one better than the next. Wonderful golf course location and the two 6 person golf carts made getting around the property effortless. Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing experience.

Very accommodating. Staff was great and food was excellent. House has a very open feel to it. Breeze and fans help to keep common areas cool and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms are a bit humid, but nicely appointed. Staff was able to accommodate our food requests and made excellent drinks when asked.
If you are not paying in Dominican pesos, make sure you are aware of the exchange rate used before you arrive.

Paradise!
Our family of 13 has been pampered from prior to arrival until departure. Food was outstanding, our butler made sure everything was to our liking, and the maids kept the premises spotless. The house is magnificent! The outside space is like a tropical oasis! We celebrated our 50th Anniversary here, and the staff made it a very special celebration. The property manager, Walkiria, responded quickly to any questions and took care of all special requests. If you’re looking for a little bit of paradise, come to Villa de los Suenos!

Elegance and Luxury
I have stayed at this property two times and I'm vacationing there again this Summer. I love everything about this estates, the comfort, convenience to the club, beautiful views of the golf course and the amazing staff. Elegance and Luxury are an understatement when it comes to describing my extended stay at this place.
I'm planning my engagement party there this Summer because it lends itself to entertainment and guests. I can't think of a more beautiful resort to have it in. Definitely a destination resort.

Villa de los Sueños is a dream come true! I've stayed at beautiful and luxury places all over the world, but my stay at this magnificent mansion was by far the best experience yet. Exquisite is an understatement! Every detail there adds to a most memorable vacation. I loved the food that is worthy of a 5 star resort. The entire staff was so warm and friendly. They made me feel at home. I actual miss them and can't wait to go back! Breakfast, followed by a massage in the breathtaking pool area was amazing and fit for royalty. Beauty, comfort, and perfection come to mind when I think of Villa de los Sueños. I'll definitely be returning soon!
