About this apartment rental
Unit 16B is a beautiful condo in the Coronado Golf building with floor to ceiling windows offering unbeatable views of the golf course, Pacific Ocean, beach and majestic mountains and is furnished with style and comfort in mind. Golf is available at special monthly rates ($650USD/month/couple - Nov. 2025 price). If you are interested please ask us for more information.
The unit is well-equipped including high speed Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs. Feel free to bring your own devices to connect to movies or streaming apps; please note that there is no regular cable TV. This condo features a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and big shower. The bedroom has a comfy king bed. The unit has two full bathrooms.
The second bathroom has a “seashell shower” with a very cool wall mounted, multi shower head. A spacious balcony joins the living room and master bedroom, each with separate balcony doors. The condo faces east so you will enjoy gorgeous sunrises (all windows have black-out curtains for those mornings you want to sleep in). Sunsets are equally amazing, especially from your rooftop Jacuzzi!
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a stainless steel refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer off the kitchen.

Coronado Golf is a 25 minute walk to the ocean and 3 km from the entrance of Coronado off the Pan American Highway. Coronado is a growing community on the shore of the ocean only one hour from Panama City. Here you will find facilities such as several malls, 4 major markets, bars, a variety of restaurants, a fitness center, beach club, tennis courts and a health and beauty spa. The community has get-togethers two to three times per week where you get to meet many of the expats that have moved here and others, like you, enjoying the Panama experience!
Getting around
A car is suggested to explore the local area and the rest of Panama. Inexpensive taxis can be found and for those who can get by in Spanish the public buses are a very inexpensive adventure.

Communication with both the owner and property manager was very good. The owner was very helpful providing details of the property and surrounding areas. The property grounds are beautifully maintained with 2 pools. The gym and recreation room were very nice. The condo itself is a bit dated with holes in the black out curtains and dated kitchen utensils. The king size bed was comfortable. The condo does get hot at times as it is ocean facing. There was a water restriction as well in the last 3 weeks of our stay which was a bit inconvenient; other condos in the area did not have water restrictions. It is a bit far from amenities and a car would be of benefit

We enjoyed our stay and will return.
Laura and Daniel are very informative and responsive owners who are very easy to work with.
The property is as advertised in a newer, modern, well maintained and clean building.
Location is in the middle of a private golf course with great Pacific ocean views.
A car would be nice but not required. Public transportation (bus and taxis) is available at the golf course hotel which is about 500 meters away.

Facility Not Ready to Rent. Directions to bldg very poor. No toilet paper, no paper towels. No towels or wash clothes. Found towel/clothes in washer/dryer and had to complete both cycles in order to use them. Instructions forbade use of jacuzzi tub. View was beautiful. Key fob did not work for access gates when driving on/off gated property. Would Not return to this property again.
