About this house rental
Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $331 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Have a classic Gulf Coast getaway at this upscale, 3-bed, 2-bath Surfside beach house with room for 10. Two sprawling decks, Gulf views, and beach access just outside your door (less than a one-minute stroll.) You and your family will be on “vacation time” in no time! Other perks: EV charging station, high-speed internet throughout, and a custom golf cart available for rent at a discounted rate! Located in a quiet neighborhood just a one-minute walk from the beach, this spacious, well-equipped home is close to Surfside’s many family-friendly attractions. We also have five other identical properties (including across the street!) if you need more space, or if this one is reserved. Ask about our discounted rates to use our custom golf cart, too! AN IDEAL HOMEBASE The living room is THE place to relax after a long day in the sun, with a big sectional couch, a 55” 4K Smart TV with Amazon Fire and Netflix, and a Nest thermostat for ideal temps. But no need to fight over what to watch! With high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV in every room—including all three bedrooms—everyone can watch what they want. Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. Enjoy meals at a dining table for 6, with room for 2 more at the kitchen island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water. (Surfside’s unfiltered water has high mineral content… you can taste the difference!) 3 BEDROOMS / 3 BATHS On the main floor you will find the primary bedroom (great for the grandparents or other guests of honor!) with a memory foam king-size bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The first has a memory foam king bed + twin bunks (sleeps 4) and the second has a queen bed + twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4). OUTDOOR LIVING Outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill with a smoker for homemade Texas BBQ, and a grassy lawn the kids and doggos can play in (well-behaved pets welcome with a $100 pet fee). Catch a sunset from a lounge chair on of the two big balcony decks. A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light. And don’t worry about packing beach towels and toys, they’ll be provided, along with folding beach chairs. ABOUT SURFSIDE BEACH There’s a reason this home’s owners have come to Surfside for over 20 years! Fish off the Surfside Jetties, collect seashell treasures, explore the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, or stroll the four miles of unspoiled shoreline – all just minutes from your doorstep. Went for an extended weekend with the family and the house was overall good. It is well described and truly a short walk to the beach. Had some issues with cleanliness but the owners were very responsive in addressing the issue and provided a quick and hospitable solution which we are thankful for. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from the property owners again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean, cozy and close to the beach. The golf cart rental onsite is a tremendous deal. I highly recommend including it with your stay. It may going to/from beach an easy ride.
The entire house is nicely situated where you can see the beach. There are huge chairs on the balconies to catch the breeze at night. The 3rd floor balcony was my favorite spot!
The only issue we had, which is no fault of the property owner, was the "black tar" along the beach. This stuff will stick to EVERYTHING and is very tough to get off. Thankfully the house had packets of oil to remove the tar from our shoes, feet and anything that came into contact with it.
Overall, we were pleased with the house. We did get the golf cart stuck in the sand once. Called property owner and Kenny came right away to save our day. Many thanks for allowing us to rent this lovely beach rental.

Great beach house, great location, clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and great with communication. We also rented their golf cart which was great to get our stuff to the beach and drive around the beach.

Great house with plenty of space for our 2 families. Beds were very comfortable and downstairs outdoor shower was nice for use coming from beach. Water pressure for indoor showers was low and initial cleaning concerns were immediately resolved. Owners were very responsive and took care of any issues.

My family and I rented this beach accessible clean stilt home. It had all of the amenities and comforts of home. The place was as described and did not disappoint. We recommend the property to the next family that wants to stay in a home away from home place.

Lovely beach house, super clean and Kenny the maintenance man was very friendly. The Britt Family was extremely welcoming and since we actually live right up the road we will definitely be renting from the Britt Family again, maybe not in May again because the mosquitoes were pretty bad, but we had a wonderful time visiting and playing games and just relaxing on the porch. 😊🌞🏖️

The Britt family was amazing and so was the home. Everything was new and clean and looked just like the pictures on the post. The property manager responded to all of our questions and immediately came to the house to fix a few little things that we had reached out to them for. We decided we wanted to have a later check out time and they offered us a discount for the extended day to allow for my family to have a relaxed check out experience.
All the restaurants in the area had fantastic food and it is a beautiful 45 minute drive to Galveston Island to enjoy a day getaway. It's an extremely short walk from the house to the beach, so you can really enjoy the beach as little or as long as you want.
The balcony is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the morning and watch the ocean and the sunrise as well as the evenings but make sure you bring bug spray!
We had our two large dogs with us and they had ample room to run and play in the yard. There was five of us, two large dogs and one small dog and we had plenty of room in the house. You will not feel cramped.
This was exactly what our family needed and the perfect home to enjoy some great togetherness.
We loved watching the toads at night downstairs chasing after all the bugs!
You will not be disappointed with the home or the Britt family if you choose to stay here!

This was a perfect spot! We ended up arriving a day early and were able to check in since the house wasn’t booked. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were so much closer to the beach than we anticipated. The home was nicely stocked with basic items. We met the maintenance man on the beach and were able to relay a potential problem and he came out right away to address it. He was very friendly and gave us a few suggestions of things to do as well.
We hope to come back. We feel like we stumbled upon a gem

This is our 5th time at your properties and we appreciate the cleanliness of the property, location to the beach and pet friendly fenced in yard as well as gated deck. The king bed upstairs was a plus. We’ll be back.

This house is an absolute gem of a property. The location was perfect for us - a short walk to the beach, close enough to the main part of town but far enough away to not be in the biggest beach crowds.
The house was very clean and well furnished. It had a beachy vibe without being to cluttered. Perfect environment to have young kids in because there were not a lot of breakable things to move plus plenty of empty space to spread out our own things. The fenced in yard was an extra bonus for having a contained outdoor area to play.
We opted to rent the golf cart during our stay and we’re glad we did. You have to drive a few blocks down to access the beach but our kids thought it was a blast.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely consider staying again!

We stayed for 9 days to visit family in the area. I work remotely and they had an extra monitor and keyboard which was great. No issues with connecting. Also had our 2 labradors which was nice. Great fenced in yard if your traveling with pets. House was great. 3 comfortable king size beds and plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Took a weekend trip from Tennessee to Texas. This lovely little house was perfect for what we needed with her time with our kids. It was clean and had a beautiful view and access to the beach. The beach was closer than I thought so that was a wonderful surprise! Host was so attentive in answering all my questions! It couldn’t have been any more perfect. I look forward to staying here again when the weather warms up.

We had issues using the tv ,so I called and left a message aparentley they don't like using the phone and sent a text with 7 possible remedies , also they weren't sure where we were. I can only assume they have a lot of properties and are very busy

We had a fabulous time. The place was clean and well taken care of. It was so easy to check in. Loved the coffee pot! The lock box provided a very convenient place to stash the keys so we did not have to worry about losing them on the beach! Great easy access to the beach. No one was practically on the beach! Amazing! This will be out new time of the year to go to the beach! The Britt Family LLC does a great job with their rentals! I felt safe to leave the dog in the yard, no stickers in the yard which was great! Loved the foot nozzle in the shower, it made it very convenient to wash dog paws and people paws!

This house was beautiful! The owners really care about the property. When we showed up, their very friendly handyman was fixing the alignment on the garage. He was done after letting us know the fix was done and to enjoy our stay. It was nice to know that the owners prioritized the house’s upkeep. We had a wonderful experience here at this property! First of all, the management is amazing with their communications and had the place very well stocked and maintained. We were there with three kids (3 months and two 4 year olds) and the set up was great! They even had a pack and play so we didn’t have to bring our own (because you already have enough luggage as it is!). The place was clean and easy walk to the beach. We would recommend staying here, as well as any property these people manage :)

The Britt Family property was a wonderful experience. There is absolutely no ‘over selling’ in the property description/advertisement. Communication with the property owner was easy and they did genuinely care about my family’s stay. Without a doubt, my entire family would stay here again. I highly suggest renting the golf cart!

Rarely do properties compare to the pretty pictures in the listing, but this place delivered and then some…the kids even commented as we unpacked the first day, “it’s just like it looked online!” The communication and organization by the Britt family was awesome and I will definitely look up their properties first when heading back to the beach!

Amazing beach stay!
This is one of the most impressive interactions with a host I have ever had. There is a dedicated website/app to provide all information needed from check in to neighborhood info. It was a short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located. We loved those bonuses but the house itself was fantastic. It was super clean, provided all of the basic amenities (small things like a decent size trash can and generous amounts of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper). Decor was pretty and tasteful, and all of the beds were comfortable and very clean. Instructions provided were impeccable and I appreciate how easy they make the check in/check out process with conveniently placed instructions. We also added the golf cart and it was such a treat! We very much appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail.
