About this house rental
Situated in Leech Lake, this charming house for $595 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **5 day minimum stay required during June, July and August (peak season). This large home has been updated, professionally decorated and is a pleasant getaway available year round. The great stretch of sand is located directly in front of the home and the near level elevation allows for gentle swimming in every direction. The lake is clean and clear and this particular parcel of land and swimming area allows for yards and yards of sandy, weed free swimming well beyond the dock. The swim raft is a really fun plus for the summer months. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. It is kept meticulously clean by the owners who are smoke free. The large great room is perfect for curling up in by the fireplace and watching movies on rainy days, the sun room offers a cheerful vibe also facing the lake. The well equipped kitchen is open to all and is a great place to have conversation. There are two master bedroom spaces each with their own bathrooms. This area of the lake is very secluded and private. The home is on a "dead end" road and has very little traffic coming and going. Other special features are the luxurious mattresses provided along with all brand new furnishings and decor. Additionally, the garage has a great stainless steel fish cleaning station. Responsible renters are welcome to use our kayak, paddle board, water bike, paddle boat and outdoor grill. There is also a ping pong table and cornhole (bean bag) game to use. The following is provided to renters: most necessary kitchen utensils/dinnerware/cookware, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, bed linens, bath linens, firewood, gas grill, paddleboard and paddle boat. Docks are generally pulled onto lake side lawn and off the lake in October. Exact timing depends on weather. Additionally, the docks are put back in sometime in May depending on when the ice is off the lake. We have no control over the timeframe on that. ***We do have an OUTDOOR security camera on our property. Motion activated camera is located on the lakeside back doorbell and is intended to monitor our boats/docks/canopies in the lake. ***We pride ourselves on PERFECT accommodations for renters; however, Leech Lake typically has a Mayfly hatch for approximately 10 days mid to late June. This does somewhat effects the water quality and our normally pristine beach and outdoor areas. Anyone renting during this timeframe acknowledges this disclaimer. *** Our home is pet free. Violation of pets on property will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee. ***This property is in the thick of Minnesota northern lake country. Insects, all nature related creatures and weather elements will surround you on our property. We believe it's part of the charm of our lake oasis, however, if that's not for you we understand and recommend you stay at a daily maintained resort.

Stayed for week. Perfect location, great beach. Tons of water toys. House was beautiful, clean, full of everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful with our questions. Beds very comfy. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, the casino, and grocery store. The lake was clear, free of weeds, and beautiful. The larger size of the campfire area, multiple chairs & tables & available "lake toys" were an added bonus for our group of 8. We didn't stay inside the house much, but it was well stocked for rainy days, too, with a dart board, ping pong, up to date board games & plenty of space for all of us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will consider this property again in future years.

Another fantastic stay!
Our stay was fantastic as usual. The home was the perfect location for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy the lake. As always the house was clean, comfortable (the dreamiest mattresses), and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach, fire pit, kayak, water bikes, and foosball tables provided entertainment for all! Already looking forward to returning in the summer of 2023.

Our family loved our stay in Minnesota. The house was wonderful. We had every thing we needed. My granddaughter had great fun playing on the beach and in Leech Lake. The depth of the water water was perfect for a non swimmer. We had a great time.

Lake House Life with Call of the Loons
This is a well kept home with a dock to sit on and read while listening to the loons. Large kitchen area with quality appliances. One level is perfect for us seniors. Sandy beach to Leech Lake is right out the front door. Our grandson enjoyed the paddle bike and he and his father also used the kayak. The laundry room is a big plus. All positive and enjoyed by our family.

Won’t find a better beach for kids. Water is only about 4 feet high over 100 feet off shore. Mike and Emily kept are very easy to communicate with and made our vacation very enjoyable.

This property is absolutely stunning! The accommodations were comfortable, well stocked, and spotless. We really enjoyed the sandy beach and all of the fun beach toys they had for our whole family to have fun on. We also loved taking the pontoon to water's edge dining. Amazing place on Leech Lake
My family and I have stayed at Michael and Emily's place on Leech Lake 3 times now and it is always a great experience. The place is beautiful, spotless, and well appointed with everything we need to enjoy all the lakes in the area. We especially like the view and the fire pit on the beach. Emily is a good communicator on logistics and payment. Will definitely continue to use this place for our family trip. Can't recommend it enough.

We’ll be back
This was our second time here but certainly not our last. The home is perfect for our group. The location is great and Leech Lake fishing is fantastic. The owners are great to work with and after being there twice it starts to feel like home.

Opening fishing weekend
Such an amazing vacation spot, we had the best of both worlds. If we were on the water, we were close to great fishing spots I got the biggest walleye for or group and lots of jumbo perch. If we were at the cabin, we enjoyed the hot tub, bean bag toss, the paddle boat and paddle boards, or just relaxed in the hammocks or around the fire with the smores supplies from the owners! This is definitely a place we will come back to in the near future!

The house was everything we had expected from the pictures and more. Everyone had their privacy but was so comfortable and homey. View of lake was beautiful and the owners had provided everything we needed for a great stay. Well stocked with great appliances and beautiful dishes. Having 3 1/2 baths made it great for everyone to have their own space. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the summer or winter. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful property to make memories.

Great property, amazing location and lake view. All the amenities of home and more. The hosts are fantastic and quick response. The pictures do not do justice to the description of the place. Plenty of room, everything you need for a relaxing vacation or stay!

The owners of this property were very kind and friendly and responsive. The home itself was lovely, well kept, clean, and offered all the amenities we needed. Even some fun water toys! We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely consider staying again. The only downfall is the jacuzzi was not working. They tried to long-distance trouble shoot with us to the best of their ability, but we weren't successful and unfortunately, no one was available to come to the rescue by way of a service person. But again, we had a great time and really that was just a small glitch. The beach was wonderful and the kids had a great time with water activities. My husband caught some fish! It was a much needed haven of relaxation and fun. Thank you so much for sharing your home and have a lovely fall!

A gorgeous property perfectly outfitted for any lake activity you wish!
We stayed at the Davis lake home for the second year in a row. It is an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of room for a group of 8. We loved spending our days on the sand beach, playing games in the large flat yard, boating, fishing, and playing with the wide variety of water toys. The Davis's are easy to work with and rent from and make sure their renters have every comfort of home and then some. We can't wait to go back! Thank you for another unforgettable stay!
