More like a home than a condo, this is the largest floor plan the complex has to offer & one of the few units with two levels. The two-story setup is perfect for families or friends traveling together offering a great separation of space between the living areas & the bedrooms. The upstairs & downstairs floors are connected by a central staircase, but also have their own front entrances, which makes for convenient access to each level. We have Split A/C systems upstairs & in both bedrooms. The new system has three units, all controlled by separate remotes allowing guests to customize the temperature in each space to meet their needs. The upper level is designed for both relaxing & entertaining, featuring an open great room floor plan with high cathedral ceilings in the living, dining & kitchen areas. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, high end appliances & is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare fabulous meals. The living room features a high quality queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, a large flat screen TV & entertainment center. This room opens up onto an upper level lanai where you will find plenty of seating & sweeping views. The ground level features two spacious bedrooms that are tastefully furnished, both with direct access to the lower lanai through large sliding glass doors. Perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian breeze, lounging with your coffee in the morning, or relaxing before bedtime. The master bedroom boasts a king bed & en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds & a guest bath just down the hall. Both the master & guest bathrooms feature large walk-in showers & vessel sinks. The Good - Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lanais were lovely and good social space. Good communication with management team. Good price for quality.Room to improve - listing says it sleeps 8 but their were only five coffee mugs. lack of simple amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap were frustrating. the sleeper bed in the sofa was very uncomfortable, should be replaced. the floor didn't seem to be mopped in a long time, after walking barefoot for a few minutes, bottom of feet were very very dirty.

The rental was gorgeous! It features lots of space for a group of people, nice views and very quiet. The rental was very clean and all appliances worked. The property team was also extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. I do recommend this place as an option if you’re looking to stay in Wailea!

This is a great location in Wailea. Only a few minutes walking distance to the shops in Wailea. And only a few minutes driving to the best beaches in the Wailea/Kihei area. The vacation rental was perfect for our family of five. The pictures are accurate, but the furniture is getting worn and the living room rug needs a good clean. My biggest concern was the AC in the living room as previous reviews had mentioned it not working. It does not, but a small window-type AC unit was added. It's fine in the morning, but it cannot keep up once the sun comes around the south side and starts to shine in the windows...and it gets very warm upstairs and can't cool down after about 5pm. The good thing is with that sun, you get awesome sunset views from the balcony! The balcony could use a good hose down, but this is a tropical island and there are lots of birds. Good news is the bedrooms are downstairs and we spent most time there (sleeping) and the split AC units there work great. Again, furniture is getting worn, but the mattresses were comfortable. Also, the beach equipment saved us a lot of $ with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas (one needs replaced). The Property Manager was quick to respond to questions/concerns. The property is very quiet and you can tell there are many owners living/staying here. It's an older complex but well maintained outside. I would stay here again if the AC were to be fixed upstairs and some furniture cleaned/replaced. Overall a good stay and nice to be back on Maui.

Overall, I would rate this place a 3/5 starts. It's a 2-level with the laundry/bedrooms downstairs. The rooms/beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The upstairs was the kitchen/family room and had a lovely view. However, the upstairs was very warm and hard to enjoy. Guessing the air conditioner didn't work well upstairs, as downstairs was great. A couple other minor suggestions, spruce up the patio area, as such a beautiful view, a welcome gift is always a nice touch and some wine glasses.

The view is great and the location is very well suited to enjoy Wailea. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the air conditioner in the family room and the beach chairs and umbrellas for the convenience of guests. But, overall, our experience was great and we would for sure go back again.

Great condo and great location. Came with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cooler, which was great since we spent most of our days at the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked. There were 8 of us, and we felt like we had plenty of room. Great sunsets and view from the balcony. Walkable to most things we needed or wanted.

While the location of the townhouse was great, with shopping areas nearby and a short drive to a few local beaches, there were a few aspects of the property that made it less than ideal for our family stay.
A few quirky things be found annoying -
the half-open showers were not to our liking as they got the floors wet
also the stairs can be a bit steep and tricky...make sure your kids aren't running up and down.
Additionally, the washer and dryer were quite loud - we had to use it every day to keep the towels dry.
Few things that were awesome
But access to the patio was nice to enjoy the incredible sunset views with your meal.
Condo has access to beach chairs and a few towels - which came in handy for our trip to the beach.
The condo manager is very responsive to your questions.

Upstairs living space is warm but cooled off with AC and fans; just the nature of a 2 story property. Family loved the unit. Would definitely book again, in a heartbeat. Oh, and the sunset views are incredible. Comfortably slept 7. Our entire group raved about the property!

We stayed in this Condo the last 3 nights of our Maui vacation. The location was perfect for enjoying South Maui. The view both in the morning and at sunset was perfect from the lanai. Also, the drive to the airport was easy and much shorter than West Maui. We did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.

Had a great experience here with four of my other guy friends for a wedding. It was super close to the ocean, golf courses, and Wailea shopping center. The condo was spacious and accommodating. The only thing negative I have to say is that the upstairs area would get significantly hotter than the downstairs area due to the sunshine coming thru the windows.

Amazing condo and excellent location!
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and we loved having a washer and dryer. The views of the ocean were spectacular from both the upstairs balcony and the downstairs patio. They also had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas which we loved bringing to the beach.
The location was fabulous right up the hill from the Wailea shops and the beaches are within walking distance although we chose to drive.
I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay in Wailea!!

This was a great condo for a 3 night stay for 5 adults and 2 small children, and in a great location within Wailea. Overall good condition, although missing linens/blankets for the couch bed and a missing pack and play. The management was extremely responsive and brought the new baby bed over right away, and were very accommodating for an early check in. Would highly recommend.

We had a terrific family vacation staying at this condo. It was the perfect size with nice size rooms, comfortable beds and a spare bed upstairs in the living room. The views are amazing and we took advantage of them nearly every day to watch sunset. The grounds in the entire complex are immaculate, parking is easy and close to the unit and management was extremely responsive from the time we landed through the time we left. A few things needed taken care of and Emily was right on it. I’ll be booking this location again for our next trip if it’s available!
