The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (including upgraded patio furniture minus a table umbrella-lost/broke due to wind storm prior to my visit). The location of condo was perfect for unobstructed view of lake and close proximity to the pool. The owner was a delight to communicate with and happily answered any of my questions or concerns. I would definitely return with my family or friends in the future.

It was a joy to stay at this CHQ condo. The view from the patio is outstanding and the unit itself well equipped.

As stated in previous reviews, the view is fantastic and the condo is very well appointed with everything you could need. Luckily, the weather was great so the sunsets were phenomenal and sitting out on the patio was our main activity. Thank you Sylvia for a wonderful place to stay. If I were to make a suggestion for those of us who are more nocturnal, room darkening drapes would be appreciated so that you were able to sleep longer than when the sun comes up because the light is very bright and comes early and when I am on vacation, I like to be able to sleep in past 6 am. Other than that, pretty much anything needed is there to make a very enjoyable stay.Terri
