The quote the system offers is the lowest quote we offer. Holiday rates may be higher. Our 3 story town home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 8 in beds. Please see the bedroom descriptions for the type of beds. Key features include an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill, and free wireless internet that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation. The first floor bedroom contains a king bed. A full bathroom with a combination shower/tub is adjacent to the bedroom. A washer and dryer in located in a utility room just as you enter the house. The second floor is the main living area with good sunset views from the front deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops and a kitchen table that seats 6. The kitchen countertop island seats an additional 3. The family room contains a sleeper sofa if needed, another couch and a recliner chair. A 50' TV is mounted to the wall and has Direct TV. The third floor contains 2 bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom contains a 40" TV. The rear bedroom contains a queen bed and an adjacent full bath with tiled shower. The front master bedroom contains a queen bed and two twin beds. House had everything we needed. Spent time with family in Brigantine. A couple of days hiking local trails, and a trip to a Cape May brewery.

Our family (dogs and children under 10 included) tried Brigantine beach for the first time. Our stay was lovely! The location and easy access to the beach was perfect. The kids could ride their bikes on roads with minimal traffic, lots of places to walk within a mile and the beach supplies at the house (chairs and cart) were so helpful! The house was very clean and supplied most basic towels and bedding. Things to know if you are not familiar with Brigantine, there are limited dining options and no farm stands so bring food you want to cook/eat at the house. It is also mostly “bag free” and promotes reusable bags, so have them handy anywhere you go. The island is also mostly a “cash preferred/required” place, which we were not prepared for as we have found more “paperless” travel destinations lately. Last note, we found a lot of blogs about the beaches being “dog friendly” but found ZERO beach’s to take our dogs. Overall, our beach week getaway was just what we needed!

We've vacationed to Brigantine multiple times and have always loved it, which is why we keep coming back. However this time was a bit disappointing. It was our first time renting a duplex. We know we were paying for a good location but the house needed some updating for what we paid.
The greenflies were so bad that we researched and made our own spray with essential oils so it was dog friendly because the flies also bothered our pup. We also didn't realize that the beach is becoming less and less. We were there when they started dredging and were told the dog beach was going to be closed off the first week of August. Thankfully we did get some beach time as we planned this trip to be able to enjoy it with our pup and there is only one part dogs are allowed.
As for the town itself, we take lots of walks and every other yard had a sign for the dog not to touch it. We saw alot of people who own dogs yet there were many people with negative comments about where dogs were allowed. It became very disheartening to go on a walk and be worried we were going to get yelled at from a local.
We were very excited going to Brigantine with our pup and made the best of it but it became more disappointing because of how unfriendly the town was toward dogs. Just food for thought if you are planning a vacation with your furry family member.

I rented this property 2 days before occupancy and things could not have went any smoother. It is located 3 blocks from the N. Beach 4x4 entrance, . Where I wanted to be. As far as the house, it has everything one needs. Cons., The heat. it's hot, it's cold, it's hot. And if not prepared for stairs, this property is not for you.

This property was everything we wanted and then some. It was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. It only a took few minutes to walk to the beach. The location is at the north end of Brigantine, which we love. We brought our bikes and biked everyday. We were able to use the garage for our bikes, and there was another refrigerator in garage. We absolutely loved this property. We will be back. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Great House
We had 2 adults and our 5 grandchildren from 14 to 21. This house was clean, comfortable and John was the greatest. Comfortable beds, grill, beach chairs and cart, we lacked nothing. Short walk to the beach it also has a garage and plenty of driveway parking. 3 balcony's plenty of dishes and silverware, trash bags. with all the kids, 4 girls and 1 boy the 3 bathrooms were a blessing. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Too bad there were only 5 stars I would have gave it 100!! Thank you John you have a remarkable home.

The beach was close and so was the bay. We enjoyed the balconies on both sides of the house throughout the day. Lots of room for us and the newborn.

Excellent house! 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom for each plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Kitchen is very nice with marble countertops. Location is close to beach access and close to main parts of town. The beach area was nice but not a lot of beach from entrance to shoreline most days. We prefer more beach area but would definitely rent here in the future. I gave a middle of the road rating for communication because we emailed owner 2 times with questions pre-rental and Pat didn’t reply.

Booking this property was easy! The owner was quick to respond, accommodating in reservation changes and provided us with a great 3 month winter rate. Upon arrival the easy code access was seamless.
Unfortunately, the home was not cleaned well before our arrival and clutter in the kitchen and bedroom closets made getting settled in a real chore. Additionally, the 4 TV's throughout the house did not work. We spent our first afternoon cleaning and making piles of stuff for the owner to remove along with hours of Direct TV phone support with limited success. The owner was quick to respond to these issues sending a cleaning service over the following day to remove the items from the kitchen and closets. He even refunded the cleaning fee to us. Unfortunately the TV issues continued throughout our stay despite me replacing the access cards, a technician coming to the home and hours upon days of calling Direct TV. We eventually gave up and settled on watching the analogue channels that were available.
With in the first week we found that sleeping was also a chore as well as simply relaxing in the living room. Comfort could not be found. The owner once again was responsive in repairing the bed that was being held up with a paint can, and providing us with a more comfortable living room chair. Ten weeks into our stay one of the couches were replaced which was much appreciated.
During our 3 month stay there was one issue after another. Although the owners continued to make the effort to correct things, this was not how I had anticipated spending my time at the Jersey Shore. Ripped screens, broken/rusted outdoor furniture, broken lock, broken dishwasher, broken garage door....they are all fixed now.
Maybe the next person can enjoy their stay here. The location is wonderful...just a block or so to the ocean. There are lots of outdoor balcony space in this home and plenty of room for family to gather. Off street parking is also convenient. I feel this property may be more suitable for a weekend getaway as opposed to a long term stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Brigantine. We we arrived, we had a few questions and I called and left a message on the owners telephone voice mail. I received information from the owners quickly and they took care of the issues. It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed. We would without a doubt go back to this property . Great vacation and great place to stay!

Beautiful views and short walk to beach
We loved renting this property. Amazing views from all of the balconys.. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook, grill was amazing and having an extra refrigerator in the basement and another small beverage fridge in kitchen helped was super helpful. Walk to the beach was super quick and easy with access right at the end of the street. Great location and great house, hope to rent again!
