We had an amazing time at Gordana’s and Davor’s place! The apartment had everything we needed, the pool was always clean and all in all it is an idyllic and quite place to relax. The hosts are so sweet and and very friendly! From the check in to the check out they made us feel welcome and at home.

Urlaub mit Familienanschluss
Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment herzlich aufgenommen. Das Objekt ließ bei uns keinen Wunsch offen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Miteinander mit den Vermietern und anderen Gästen war offen und sehr freundlich. Einen herzlichen Dank an Gordana und Davor. Wir kommen gern wieder 😉

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Feriendomizil übertrifft die Beschreibung bei fewo-direkt, es wird nicht zu viel versprochen.
Das klimatisierte Backsteingebäude sowie die laubenartig beschattete Terrasse sind auch bei sommerlicher Hitze ein idealer Aufenthaltsort. Der Pool lädt von morgens bis abends zu einer angenehmen Abkühlung ein. Das Allerbeste sind jedoch die Gastgeber. So herzlich und dabei trotzdem zurückhaltend sind wir noch nie empfangen, beraten und verabschiedet worden. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kroatien reisen, dann selbstverständlich wieder zu Gordana und Davor.

Alles so wundervoll, der Garten, der pool. Eine ruhige Gegend. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder bei den einkaufsmöglichkeiten Die Vermieter sind herzlich zu einem und wissen wann sie diskret sein müssen. Sehr sehr liebe Menschen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen, die Ferienwohnung war eine gute Ausgangsbasis für unsere Entdeckung von Istrien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herzlichen Dank an Gordana und ihren Mann.

Tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber
Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Küche hat eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Wir haben uns bei Gordana und Davor sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden sind so herzlich und wunderbare Gastgeber.
Wir haben uns herrlich erholt und können diese Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen.

Alles was man braucht....
... um einen tollen Urlaub zu machen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Dafür sind die Außenanlagen um so größer, ein liebevoll gestalteter Garten mit einem tollen Pool, alles top gepflegt. Wir auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Vermieter wohnt auch am Gelände, dadurch ist Kontakt jederzeit möglich. Wir fanden die Dosis von Nähe und Distanz genau richtig und sehr angenehm, ebenso kann man mit den Nachbarn in Kontakt kommen und tolle Abende verbringen oder auch für sich bleiben. Insgesamt eine schöne warme Atmosphäre vor Ort. So haben wir z. B. viele wertvolle Empfehlungen bekommen, da wir zuvor noch nie Pula und Umgehung waren. Für Unternehmungen oder Strand Besuche braucht man unbedingt ein Auto oder Fahrrad, erlaufen kann man sich kaum etwas.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der kleinen Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Die Vermieter stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen und aufgenommen .

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Gartenanlage
Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Vor Ort ist es fast noch schöner. Durch die Vermieter und die zwei Nachbarparteien war immer eine nette familiäre Atmosphäre.
Mit Fragen kann man sich stets an Gordana und Davor wenden. Zum Zentrum von Pula und zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, aber es ist nicht weit.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Pula kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohlfühloase wählen. :-)

Was für ein schöner Urlaub!
Wir haben uns bei Gordana und Davor unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur die niedliche und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft war wunderbar, sondern vor allem unsere Gastgeber. We stayed 11 lovley days in september 2018 into the traditional istrian house of Gordana and Davore. We´d got an amazing greeting and a wonderfull time. We found everything like it looks at the pictures. We´d never had so nice hosts.
We could recommend a stay here full of convicton .

Traumhaft - jederzeit wieder
Das Domizil von Gordana und Davor gleicht einem Paradies. Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur persönlichen Betreuung vorort war ALLES bestens!
Die Ruhe und Idylle tröstet gerne über die kleine Entfernung nach Pula oder an den nächsten Strand hinweg.

Perfect!
Wir waren zwei Wochen Gäste bei Gordana und Davor in Pula.
Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind.
Die Appartments sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles riecht einfach nach Urlaub und es ist sehr sauber! Solche sauberen Badezimmer hab ich in Hotels noch nicht gesehen.
Die gesamte Anlage wird liebevoll gepflegt und das sieht man auch. Es ist jeden Tag ein Genuss gewesen, dort aufzuwachen. Auch für Kinder ist es dort ein Traum um sich auszutoben.
Gordana und Davor sind solch liebe und nette Menschen. Vor allem der Umgang mit unserem kleinen Kind war äußerst liebevoll und geduldig.
Wie werden defintiv wieder kommen. Wir vermissen euch und Pula jetzt schon!

The apartments are very lovely decorated, everything just smells like holidays and it is very clean! I have not seen such cleaned bathrooms in hotels yet.
The whole area is lovely maintained and you can see that. It has been a pleasure every day to wake up there. Also for kids it‘s a dream to play there.
Gordana and Davor are such friendly people. Especially the handling of our little child was extremely lovely and patient.
We will definitely come back.
We already miss you and Pula!

Wohlfühl-Oase nicht weit von Pula und dem Kap Kamenjak
Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit einem kleinen Pool und einem schönen Garten. Es gibt alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Und super nette Gastgeber. Gordana und Davor haben uns nett empfangen und uns mit super Tips und ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit versorgt. Die Unterkunft können wir ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!!!
Mit dem Fahrrad haben wir bis in die Innenstadt 15 Minuten gebraucht, zurück geht es dann ein bisschen bergauf. Als Anlaufpunkt empfehlen wir den Gemüse- und Fischmarkt.

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch sehr genossen: ein toller Garten mit Pool, Weintrauben, die einem in den Mund wachsen, und vor allem Eure freundliche und hilfsbereite Art (inklusiver guter Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge, Grappa und Taxifahrten). Das Appartment hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Vielen Dank nicht zu letzt für eure Hilfe und Unterstützung, als unser Auto in die Wekstatt musste. We stayed 1 week. The welcome of Gordano and Davor was very warm. They have many tips. There are 3 nice cozy apartments. There is a beautyful garden and a very well maintained swimming pool. We were nearly two weeks guests in the beautiful appartment of Gordana and Davor. Directly at Pula, near to the city center, you have here a real paradise. The pictures are not just looking good - the garden is beautiful and in very good shape. Gordana and Davor have an eye for the details and a "green thumb". From a huge Kiwi tree to a natural roof of the terrace made by grapevines and many other plants and trees. We loved it to have a shady terrace directly in front of our appartment. The appartment is clean and well equipped. Everything what you need is there - you just have to bring your own food and beverages. Furtermore we had the possibility to use the great outdoor kitchen (grill + pizza oven). You can get in Pula very good meat at a local butcher (e.g. "Libero") or in the market hall. The pool and the further equipment is also very nice, everything is clean. The hosts are really take good care for it. Also it is very nice that they are communicative. You can talk to them / ask them for insider tips around Istria / Croatia. We would definitely come back again. Thanks again Gordana & Davor for this relaxing vacation.

We highly recommend this house for your holidays: the house is very beautiful and cosy. The large garden is simply stunning with all kind of exotic plants and a beautiful terrace for you to enjoy your meals or simply a glass of wine. The pool is modern, high quality and well-kept and clean. There is always place in the shade and obviously in the sun. The owners are very nice, really welcoming and always ready to help with everything you need. The area is also very nice and quiet. Enjoy the Roman ruins of Pula, nice beaches in the area and the hospitality of the Croatian people.

We Stayed one week with our two children 4 and 6 year old.
The place is wonderful, everything is clean and well maintained. The garden is pretty, the edge of the pool is well apointed, everything you need is at disposal.
We loved eating under the vine parasol, our children loved playing babyfoot.
We also spent an unforgettable day on Davor's boat away from the crowd in wild places of the coast. Owners are discrete and helpful, they can give you the best advices for visiting around.

Wonderful vacation with Gordana and Davor
We spent holidays with family Banko 30.06-2013 to 12.07.2013. This is a wonderful place, very nice and helpful Gordana and Davor. Clean, nice apartment with comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Gordana and Davor care about the guests and always ready to answer all your questions. Beautiful garden, comfortable pool. Perfect for families with children and romantic holiday. Good and quick access to the beach, historic towns and beautiful scenery.

Not recommended for groups & limited amenities!
We rented all 4 apartments as we were a large group (9 people). The owners live in the house (so if you want to use the barbeque, expect to ask them as you are not allowed to use it yourself), so there is little privacy.
The house is very isolated, and it is difficult to get taxi's to come to you as the address is not recognised.
The female owner was rude at times and spoke to myself and other guests like we were children (we were a group of late twenties/ early thirties!). This meant that we did not come and speak to them as much as we would have otherwise- (eg ordering taxis) and we felt uncomfortable around them.
We were not given towels, toilet paper or extra sheets when this should have been included, even though we asked for them.
Many appliances did not work (dishwasher, tv remote controls, often the internet, the lights in the swimming pool).The swimming pool is very cold. There is no foosball or ping pong table, bikes or books, and it is extra to get air-conditioning (unlike the amenities they list on this website). There is no welcome pack or any condiments in the kitchen (not even salt or pepper).
Maybe this house is better suited to small families staying- but not for groups of friends, or anyone expecting more than the absolute bare minimum.
We plan to return to Pula every year- it is a shame that we will not want to return to this house. It would have been three stars, but when I raised these issues with the owners I was told to be more self-critical!
