Situated in Fulton, this charming cottage for $111 per night is a great option for your next trip. SHORE IS NICE Shore is Nice captures the very reason so many of us flock to this area. This recently remodeled cottage is now available for your vacation rental getaway. This perfectly appointed cottage provides all the comforts of home. The open floor plan has a queen sized bed, full sized sleeper sofa, and extra linens. We have filled the cottage with memories and mementoes from the shore. The cottage is centrally located close to all the local activities. The beach is less than 5 minutes by car. Just steps from the cottage’s front porch are some of the finest restaurants on the water where you are sure to agree…the shore is nice! Note: This cottage is not big enough for more than 2 adults. The property was clean, neat and tidy. We were looking for something small for my boyfriend and myself and one 9 year old and this met our needs. The main bed mattress could use some updating and thicker curtains. The morning light comes beaming in through the thin curtains they had making hard to sleep in a bit. With fold out couch open it takes up the entire room with a small walk way out the door. I definitely would not say 2 min walk to Fulton pier from front door. This was our main reason of staying. Thought you could literally see the pier from your front door. It rained most time we visited and pier was prob a short few minute drive. But all the stores are short drive near. No laundry machines in this rental. This was a big down fall for us . Over all not a bad stay. Place is more for couple.

Very old very smalll they changed a extra 200 for a mark on the walll when we moved in it was marks all over the place. It was not worth our time and money .

The only concern was plastic cover on the mattress that made lots of noise when you moved in the bed. To me it looked like the plastic that came on the mattress when it was shipped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

A missing slat from the mini-blinds on the front door gave a less than totally private feel. So we stuffed paper towels in it to take care of that little problem. On day 2 or 3 the bathroom sink started to drain VERY slowly. That was probably the most annoying thing we encountered. We both love the area. Came away with a good impression of the Rockport marina area. We love the Corpus area and have been there several times so we wanted to check out the Rockport area and were not disappointed. However, we were disappointed that the beaches along Mustang Island were closed to vehicles due to COVID-19. So we had to walk close to a mile to the beach from where we parked and were unable to take our big cooler and umbrella. Ended up buying a foldable cart to haul everything the second time we went to the beach. All in all a good visit.

Cute place but...
Cute little cottage but the bathroom and bed was disappointing. The bathroom... The toilet (tiny), sink and shower stall (probably 30" X 30") are for little people. It's a small cottage and that's okay but I'm not sure how the bathroom could accommodate larger size people. The bed... way too soft and it made so much noise when you turned over that you'd wake up (we did not sleep well at all). Overall the cottage was nice... good kitchen, grill, a/c, and in a great location but something as simple as a good bed would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Great Fishing Accomondations
With a full kitchen, the cottages are great place to stay for a fishing trip. With down town Fulton restaurants within walking distance, it is a safe place to be after a day of beer drinking and fishing in the hot sun.
It could be improved if it had a soap tray in the shower. The bathrooms are small but adequate.

Cottage #2 is set up nicely and served our needs. The decor could use some updating. Great location to town and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again when in Rockport!

Great place and location.
I booked 2 cottages at another resort and when arrived learned that the pictures were very deceiving. Drove around and found Living on Island Time. Was able to book 2 cottages the same day. We noticed that one of the cottages had not been cleaned. I called to report it and within a couple of hours the property manager Carl had the cottage cleaned. Was very pleased with the service we received. I would recommend this place to my friends and family that don't need to have a pool. We will definitely come back.

Very cute, clean, & convenient.
Owners were helpful and accommodating, the area was very convenient but quiet, and the cottage was cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The only thing that could've helped would be a shower head that tilts down more and for the bathroom door latch to be adjusted slightly so it can be closed & locked more easily, but those are small easy fixes that didn't bother us much :) we'd stay here again!
