Beaux volumes des pièces situées dans une belle maison de Metzingen. Nous reviendrons dans ce bel endroit!
Quelques sachets de thé auraient pu être mis à notre dispostion à la cuisine et très appréciés pour pouvoir préparer une boisson chaude à notre arrivée. Tout était parfait par ailleurs.

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in der wunderschönen Villa Landenberger zu Gast, diesmal im Apartment "Annemarie". Die Größe der Altbauwohnung, der wunderbare Dielenboden, die schönen Möbel und sehr bequemen Betten, die stilvolle Dekoration und die fantastische Ausstattung sorgten dafür, dass wir wieder einmal sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Dazu kommt die sehr sehr nette, unkomplizierte und mehr als entgegenkommende Gastgeberin, die selbst unsere diesmal etwas komplizierte Buchung mit charmanter Selbstverständlichkeit ermöglichte. Herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Stefanie! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The apartment is bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. It has a good location near the city centre and the Outlet City.
There are not enough lighting in the living room and it the bath. The wooden floor squeaks a lot when you walk on it. It can be a real problem if someone else is sleeping.

The hosts were super nice and made our late arrival process a breeze. They were very prompt in helping us with the keys when they were locked in by mistake & also promptly provided us with the additional bedding when requested.
Overall, the stay with colleagues was quite comfortable
The villa being a historical place, it's old. And therefore the floorboards were a bit creaky, was a bit of nuisance at night. also a lack of a proper living room meant we stayed extra long at the dining table, which wasn't exactly comfortable for sitting for hours on end.

The apartment is absolutely impeccable, very spacious, perfectly clean, there is just everything you may need! The host is available for everything. Our stay has largely exceeded our expectations and we would be glad to come back again! Thank you!

P12 Villa Landenberger Outlet Metzingen City Apartments exceeded our expectations. The location is great - really close to shopping center. The apartment is wonderful, furnished with taste and has everything necessary. A lot of space, big rooms, very clean. Convenient way of getting / returning keys, clear instructions. Easy to find free parking space. We will definitely stay here next time.

Getting to manage hot water and heating is a little hard. But it all worked at the end
